An executive order was issued in July to officially grant sanctuary status to the county. County Executive Mark Elrich signed the executive order that banned all county support toward enforcing federal immigration law. “We don’t interact with ICE. We don’t contact ICE nor do we ask any of our residents in Montgomery county about their immigration status in the United States,” Acting Montgomery County Police Chief Marcus Jones said. & “I feel pretty sure that most Montgomery county residents don’t agree with the president’s immigration policy such as it is,” Elrich said.

ABC 7 WJLA reported that the victim’s mother, who is married to Carrasco-Hernandez, heard strange noises coming from her a room one night. After she investigated, that is when she discovered the gruesome scene and called the police.

She said: “I shouted, ‘What’s going on here!? Tell me the truth!’”

She even shamed the victim, claiming her daughter consented to the alleged rape, and placed blame on alcohol for Carrasco-Hernandez’s behavior.

 “Everything is coming down for me,” she stated, breaking down in tears. “It’s hard for me because that’s my daughter and that’s my husband… I’m mad with them both.”

 She added: “My husband, he has trouble with his drinking. He told me he was very drunk and told me he now knows it wasn’t right. But he told me that in the moment, he wasn’t thinking what he was doing. You, know how it is when someone’s drunk…”

 But according to authorities, there was nothing consensual about what took place. Carrasco-Hernandez allegedly victimized the underage girl several times over the course of August 16 and August 25.

“Victim A stated that she could not move and Emilio Carrasco-Hernandez was squishing her with his body,” detectives wrote in court documents.The alleged assault was so brutal that the 15-year-old girl had trouble using the bathroom afterwards due to the extreme pain caused by her stepfather.

 Carrasco-Hernandez has been denied bond by Montgomery County District Court Judge Amy Bills, and he is behind bars facing 56 years in state prison if he is found guilty of second-degree rape, sex abuse of a minor, a third-degree sex offense, and a fourth-degree sex offense.

 “Depending on an alien’s criminality, an alien who re-enters the United States after having been previously deported commits a felony punishable by up to 20 years in federal prison, if convicted,” an ICE official said to reporters in an e-mail on Friday.

 According to court documents, Carrasco-Hernandez has three children, including an 11-month-old daughter.

This marks the seventh instance of an illegal immigrant charged with sex crimes in Montgomery County in a little over a month, as the sanctuary jurisdiction has quickly become a hot spot for savagery.

  Nelson Reyes-Medrano is accused of crawling into bed with a 16yo Germantown, Md. girl as she napped. The 46yo proceeded to rape the teen at knifepoint, police say.

This is the fifth undocumented immigrant arrested on rape charges in Montgomery County, Md. in the last month.

Seven Illegal Aliens Charged with Rape in Maryland Sanctuary County in Little Over a Month.

Illegal aliens have apparently gotten the message that Montgomery County, MD is open for business, as a grand total of seven illegal aliens have been charged with rape or sex crimes in the sanctuary jurisdiction since July 25.

 Emilio Carrasco-Hernandez, 37, is being charged with raping a 15-year-old girl in a home they shared in Silver Spring, MD. The victim reportedly had a “stinging” pain that lasted for a long while after the vicious attack.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has confirmed that Carrasco-Hernandez is an illegal immigrant from Honduras. This Honduran national was previously detained and deported in April 2017 but made his way back into the country presumably across the porous border.

 Pro-Sanctuary Maryland Officials Throw A Tantrum After State Becomes A Den Of Illegal Alien Rape!!

Tim and Guy have been covering this story for a bit now. Montgomery County, Maryland is a deep blue bastion. They’re not working with immigration enforcement authorities and it’s pretty much a sanctuary county.

So, it really shouldn’t be a shocker that hordes of illegal alien rapists are flocking to the region.

 There have been seven illegal alien rapists apprehended by police since late July. One of which raped a 16-year-old after he climbed into her room and held her at knife point. Another had been molesting two children over the course of six months. They’re animals!!

 This is why we need Immigration and Customs Enforcement deporting this trash the hell out of our country, and the cases keep stacking up. You can read more, here,here, and here about how the collar counties around Baltimore have become havens for illegal alien sexual predators. 

Yet, as with illegal aliens who murder our citizens, the Democrats don’t care. They don’t. They see the overall end game: millions of new Democratic voters thanks to these illegals being granted amnesty and put on a pathway to citizenship. Dead and raped Americans are worth this deluge of new voters for the Left. It’s about power. Now, with illegal alien rapists running wild and going through the area like the hordes of Genghis Khan, these Maryland officials have responded (via Fox5DC):

 Montgomery County leaders released a letter Thursday addressing the recent string of violent rapes and sexual assaults that have occurred in the county calling them "horrendously vile acts."

 Addressing the recent scrutiny, the letter goes on to state:

"There has been a lot of  inaccurate information spread by the White House, President Trump, Acting USCIS Director Ken Cuccinelli, local and national conservative news outlets and neo-Nazi sympathizers regarding our criminal justice system and its process. These individuals and organizations should be ashamed for spreading false information seeking to establish a baseless, illogical and xenophobic connection between a person’s failure to obtain legal status and their propensity to commit a sex crime." So the Democrats who run Montgomery County Maryland have called their own police officers "Neo Nazi sympathizers!." After all, the only reason the news reports of the eight arrests of illegal aliens charged with sexual assault have come to light is because of sources within the Montgomery County Police Department. Those sources are members of the Montgomery County Police Department. And the elected officials who make policy for that Police Department just called the men and women who wear the badge and put their lives on the line to defend the citizens of the county Neo Nazi sympathizers.

 Wait, did these Montgomery County clowns just refer to Montgomery County police as…neo-Nazis. WMAL’s Larry O’Connor took them to the woodshed for such an absurd insinuation. Yet, this is what you paid for, MontCo liberals. You don’t want to deport these bad apples, and now they’re wreaking havoc. Enough with the xenophobia smears too. That’s such a tried talking point and absolute garbage. These people have already raped our citizens. They also entered our country illegally—and you have policies that protect them because you refuse to work with Immigration and Customs Enforcement. This rests with you guys.

Trump Is Fed Up — Taking Matters into His Own Hands!!

It’s no secret that California has the highest homeless numbers in the entire country.

Yet, as more and more of their people are forced out on the streets, numerous cities and the state do nothing about it. The situation is only getting worse. So, President Trump is about to take matters into his own hands. Once again, he’s going to fix what the Democrats broke.

 The homeless crisis on the West Coast is no joke. The far-left leaders in states like California, Washington, and Oregon passed laws that actually attracted homelessness to their states. West Coast states were the first to legalize recreational drug use. They are sanctuaries for illegal aliens. On top of that, cities like Los Angeles have made it illegal for cops to prevent people from living in public areas like sidewalks and parks.

 The results speak for themselves. Homeless people are everywhere. These aren’t down-on-their-luck citizens just looking for a chance. Many are heavy drug users, who are pitching tents in the middle of streets, cooking meth right in the open.

 Regular citizens can’t even walk to work. Many are harassed by drug-incensed homeless. The Democrats who run these cities do nothing. Some have even stated that they created this problem intentionally, in order to assume even greater control over the region.

 President Trump has had enough. And a new report suggests the White House is about to end this problem once and for all.

 President Trump, disgusted with the inability of California’s Democrats to address the skyrocketing number of homeless people in California’s major cities, has ordered White House officials to address the issue!

 

“Top officials representing the White House and the Department of Housing and Urban Development arrived in California this week for a round of meetings. A particular focus has been the ‘Skid Row’ section of Los Angeles, officials said. The president is directly involved with the initiative, officials said, and has asked for updates.” [Source: Fox News]

President Trump is a man who prizes excellence. Imagine how upset he must get when he sees our once-beautiful West Coast cities covered in shanty towns of tents and cardboard boxes?

This crisis is 100% the Democrats’ fault. On top of bad policy, they have forced the cost of housing through the roof. “Energy efficient” regulation makes building new homes too costly. Local fees and taxes prevent renovations and rebuilding. In fact, in San Francisco, they have laws that prevent new development entirely.

Hmm… I wonder why they have a homeless crisis?

The people who want to live in a good, clean home can’t even find one!

President Trump is being directly updated on this situation. He’s even sent Justice Department representatives to look the matter. The DOJ is involved? That means there might be indictments coming very soon. I’m not surprised. The colossal problem created by the Democrats must point to fraud and crime.

Some of Trump’s plans include razing tent camps and building new temporary facilities. As well as improving existing facilities that help the homeless. I would also recommend Trump look at the insane regulations California forces on developers, which often result in abandoned projects.

Local fees, permitting, codes and regulations add 6 to 18 percent to construction costs. Don’t be fooled. Those impacts were 100% intended. There are some Democrats who want Americans poor, miserable, and even homeless. You are far easier to control when you have nothing and need government support.

California Democrats, by design or neglect, have ruined their state. It seems only the president can step in and end the madness. But even then, it might be temporary, if CA residents continue to elect morons.

 A Florida appeals court reversed a ruling that declared a 24-hour waiting period for abortion unconstitutional, handing pro-life advocates a partial victory.

 The First District Court of Appeal determined on August 1 that a lower court’s blocking of the Sunshine state’s abortion waiting period in State of Florida vs. Gainesville Woman Care should be reversed and sent back to the lower court. According to the Miami Herald, the case could become a key test for the Florida Supreme Court.   While the court has historically been dominated by pro-abortion jurists, there is now a “conservative” majoirty, which may rule more favorably on pro-life cases.

 The appeals court “breathed new life into this important law,” said Mat Staver, Founder and Chairman of Liberty Counsel, noting the ruling cited the group’s brief. “The 24-hour waiting period is critical because abortion is a life and death decision,” Staver continued. “Abortion advocates oppose a waiting period because they fear the mother will choose life.

 How sad that a mother can kill her pre-born child without waiting even 24 hours, and yet, when someone other than the mother kills the same child, it is a criminal offense.”

 This is yet another win in a string of victories for pro-life Americans.

Dozens of states are passing pro-life laws and are finally able to have them upheld due to the hundreds of court appointees Trump has been able to confirm.

 Things are only going to get worse for nancy pukelosi and the rest of the Demwitocrat Party as long as Trump is in power.  

 She will stop at nothing to stonewall the President and his America First agenda.

That’s why she’s so incensed about the court case that President Trump just won in her own backyard.

 The Trump administration won a Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruling in mexifornia that allows the administration to stop Title X funds from going to support entities that perform abortions.

Trump instituted the rule change in February, but the Abortion Lobby has been using every legal trick in the book to delay implementation.

 Estimates are that this rule change would present a $50 million blow to Planned Parenthood.

The rule change also defunds any entity that provides pro-abortion counseling to women.

 Trump supporters are praising the decision, saying it’s a win for defending the right to life and a loss for Demwitocrats.

 In February, when the order came out, nancy pukelosi vehemently opposed it, calling it an “outrageous assault on the healthcare of vulnerable and underserved women and families” while ignoring the millions of

pre-born 'women' babies who are torn limb from limb in the process of abortion.

 The consistent liberal uproar over any move against abortion makes it clear the Demwitocrat Party is the party of Ralph Northam and Kermit Gosnell and not the “safe, legal, and rare” party.

 A majority of likely voters in Indiana say the U.S. “should not try to help” the migrants in the caravan, while a majority of Arizona likely voters say the same.

 At a forum for the Washington Post, Vice President Mike Pence revealed the President of Honduras told him that Venezuela funded and organized the mob.

 Pence said the Honduran President told him Venezuela wanted to embarrass President Trump before the election and challenge U.S. sovereignty.

 Venezuela – which is spiraling into an apocalyptic nightmare because they embraced Bernie Sanders-style socialism – paid the mob to march across Central America and to the United States.

But Secretary of Defense Mattis had a message for the caravan that they will never forget.

 Mattis and Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen visited the 5,000 troops deployed to the Southern border. The troops are playing a support role so the Border Patrol can concentrate on stopping illegal aliens from pouring over the border.

 Mattis answered the fake news media critics who called the deployment a stunt simply stating that “border security is part of national security.”

 Defense Secretary Jim Mattis and Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen visited the southern Texan border on Wednesday to bolster troops deployed to support border agents trying to prevent caravans of migrants from illegally crossing.

 “We’ve come down here to pay our respects,” Mattis told soldiers deployed at McAllen, Texas. “We know what you’re doing, we track it every day … Sometimes you got to come down and see the troops,” he said.

 Mattis, a retired Marine general, told a group of young enlisted soldiers, “The eyes of the world right now, and certainly the Americans, are on you.”

“We want legal immigration — that’s part of what makes America good,” he said. “But illegal — we’re going to carry out the law.”

 President Donald Trump caused conniptions in the Washington, D.C. Swamp last fall when he ordered troops to the Southern Border to help stem the flow of the illegal alien invasion.

 The Fake News Media howled that it was an election year stunt that would be soon forgotten.

And once again, the Fake News Media was wrong!

  An additional 2,000 troops are being sent to the border to provide logistical support so the Border Patrol can concentrate on stopping illegal aliens from crossing into the country.

Politico reports:

Acting Defense Secretary Richard Spencer has authorized the additional deployment of 1,100 active-duty troops and 1,000 Texas National Guard soldiers to the U.S.-Mexico border, the Pentagon announced today.

They will join some 2,500 active-duty and 2,000 National Guard troops already there, for a total force of 6,600 on the border mission.

The new active-duty troops will arrive “in the next several weeks” and will provide “aerial surveillance, operational, logistical, and administrative support” to Customs and Border Patrol, Pentagon spokesperson Maj. Chris Mitchell said in a statement.

The increase in active-duty forces is required due to a “shortfall in volunteer National Guard personnel” conducting the same missions, Mitchell said.

 Border arrests fell in June after Donald Trump worked out a deal with Mexico which included Mexico deploying thousands of troops along their own border to prevent illegal aliens from traveling through Mexico to the United States.

 The deployment of additional U.S. troops is another measure the President is taking to tackle this illegal immigration crisis.
