Citizens Dedicated To Preserving Our Constitutional Republic
Attorney General Jeff Sessions said.
“We are not going to let this country be invaded!
We will not be stampeded!
We will not capitulate to lawlessness!
This is NOT business as usual.
This is the Trump era!," the Attorney General said.

The main goal of the Bearing Arms Against Domestic Violence campaign is to show our support for survivors of domestic violence and bring awareness to the reality of what can happen after victims leave an abusive relationship.
The media does it’s best to bury how much the gun industry and gun owners work to provide resources for all survivors, whether their experience prompts them to carry a gun or not. Through education and resources, we hope everyone will arm themselves with the knowledge of how to take control of their personal protection rather than putting the key to their safety in someone else’s pocket.
Whether it’s protecting your home with an MSR or taking a concealed carry course, joining a local firearms training group or learning the tips and techniques you need to be alerted to dangerous situations, the Bearing Arms Against Domestic Violence campaign aims to highlight just how many options people have to help them go from victim to survivor.
Vice Reports On Gun Debate, Fails To Delve Into Vital Stats.
7/31/18 by Tom Knighton
It will surprise no one to learn that Vice isn’t exactly pro-gun.
They recently released a video delving into the gun debate, one that wasn’t as awful as I expected it to be. The Canadian reporter makes it clear that her experience with guns is minimal and that in her own country, guns aren’t tools of self-defense.
The report also had pro-gun women speaking plainly about why they’re pro-gun and, well, not be made to look like idiots.
In the report, there was a statistic that women are 100 times more likely to be shot than, to use a gun in self-defense.?*&#??
While the reporter asked the pro-gun women about it, these women weren’t overly familiar with the statistic.
The statistic was meant to show that women simply aren’t defending themselves against armed attackers for whatever reason, that expanded gun rights do nothing to benefit women.
That’s bull and for a number of reasons!
First, let’s keep in mind that while women are the fastest growing group of gun owners in the nation, they still haven’t achieved parity with men in firearm ownership. In fact, only 22% of all women own a gun, according to a 2017 Pew poll.
In other words, there are fewer armed women to meet potential threats, which will skew the results of the data cited all on its own.
But there’s more. You see, the 'anti-gun forces' similar to those interviewed in the Vice report do a fantastic job of gaslighting women, particularly those who might be interested in carrying a gun.
“Someone is more likely to take your gun away from you and use it on you,” one of the women said. Again, Bullshit, not if properly trained.
The reporter asked one woman, a survivor of a violent attack, about paranoia. Every effort tries to paint women who want to defend themselves as somehow being sick or disturbed. They routinely make it out like it simply can’t be a rational decision for a woman.
The idea is to make armed women question their own sanity, their own rationality. (This is the epitome of what it means to 'gaslight' someone.)
Because of that, a lot of women who own guns don’t carry them. Now, in fairness, that’s true of both genders. As Pew reported;
“Among those who own handguns, equal shares of men and women (26% each) say they carry their gun outside their home all or most of the time.” The problem is, there are fewer women who own guns, in part because the gaslighting by the anti-gun activists has been so pronounced. Because of that, there are relatively few women on the streets armed to potentially meet those attackers.
Additionally, women who are unarmed tend to look at the world very differently. For whatever reason, women tend to be less likely to walk around in a ready state, observing their surroundings, signaling to potential predators that they’re a bad choice of target.
Women in sketchy neighborhoods will avoid eye contact, walk with their gaze focused downward, as well as other things that most likely mark them as easy prey.
Women are more likely to engage in that kind of behavior, which raises the risk of them being the victim of a crime, which in turn raises the risk for them to be shot in such crimes.
Yet Vice didn’t delve into any of that. They looked at the data, decided it said what they wanted it to say, then moved on with life.
But the reality is that while the statistic might be valid data–in other words, a simple fact that’s being reported–it’s an outcome not based so much on gender-based biology or psychology, but on something else.
The truth is, armed women are in a much better position to respond to an attack than an unarmed woman!
Anyone who refuses to see that has to go out of their way to maintain their ignorance of reality!
The Vice report 'had a lot of that from anti-gunners'.
From the school kid who believes that if we all just ignored the reality we see and worked with her and her allies then the world would be a “better” place, to the activist who really thinks armed women are more likely to be shot than unarmed women.
We see plenty of anti-gunners who shield themselves from the harsh reality that bad thugs don’t care about their laws.
Arkansas Location To Be First Bass Pro And Cabela’s Combination Store.
8/1/18 by Tom Knighton
Last year, when Bass Pro Shops purchased their biggest competitor, Cabela’s, it left some wondering just what would happen. How would the merger manifest itself in the long term?
Well, this Arkansas store will be a glimpse at part of that future.
The 100,000-square-foot Cabela’s in Rogers, Arkansas is currently undergoing a significant renovation to bring Bass Pro Shops, Cabela’s and Tracker Boats together under one roof for the first time!
The plans represent the first significant retail location upgrade since Bass Pro Shops acquired Cabela’s last fall.
“Rogers, Arkansas and the surrounding area is one of the best regions in the country for fishing, hunting and outdoor recreation. We’re very excited to unite these iconic American brands to better serve the area’s many outdoor enthusiasts,” said noted conservationist and Bass Pro Shops founder Johnny Morris. “Our vision is to create the ‘best-of-the-best’ shopping experience that includes the superior products, outstanding customer service and exceptional value our customers have come to expect. At our newly expanded Rogers location, customers will discover the best of Bass Pro Shops, Cabela’s and Tracker Boats all under one roof.”
Customers will recognize the changes even before stepping inside, as new exterior design will prominently highlight the iconic outdoor brands including Bass Pro Shops, a leader in fishing; Cabela’s, a leader in hunting; and Tracker, producer of America’s favorite fishing boats.
A massive new two-story glass storefront to the right of the main entrance will flood natural light into the store and help highlight the newly expanded Boat Center and Marine and Fishing Centers.
In addition to providing customers with more of the outdoor products they love, a team of talented artists and craftsmen are upgrading the store’s imagery to reinforce its immense outdoor theme.
The signature creativity and attention to detail are hallmarks of every experience from Johnny Morris, who is often referred to as “The Walt Disney of the Outdoors” for his knack for creating amazing experiences that connect people with nature.
Other popular amenities, including a cafe and fudge shop, will offer customers the chance to take a break and enjoy a meal or snack during their visit.
It remains to be seen if this will be the first of many stores, or whether these combination locations will be in only a few select locations.
Either way, it looks like these folks in Arkansas are going to have a golden opportunity here to enjoy three well-respected brands in the Outdoor industry.
This is the first glimpse of what the future of the two brands may be, but it’s probably not the final glimpse of everything the new company has up its sleeve.
We’re unsure of just what that might be at this moment, it seems very likely that not every store will be a combination location like Rogers’ site.
It will be interesting to see what the company does going forward and how the two brands further integrate themselves.
Cabela’s and Bass Pro Shops are big names in their own right, so together, there are a whole lot of possibilities.
Man Uses AR-15 To End Multi-County Crime Spree.
7/16/18 by Tom Knighton
The AR-15 is the most vilified gun in America! All because of the biased media and gun control zealots that continue to maintain that there are no legitimate, peaceful uses for these firearms in civilian hands.
They claim that the only purpose of such weapons is to slaughter the innocent or similar such nonsense.
However, they’re valuable personal defense weapons that can end threats a handgun just can’t. Take, for example;
Here's what recently transpired in Oklahoma.
A retired officer from Alabama was the person who shot a man Douglas County deputies said was pointing a gun and firing at random people on a multi-county crime spree, according to an arrest affidavit obtained by 9NEWS.
The retired officer said when he went to speak with Austin Benson, the man told him “to get him water and that the law was after him.”
According to the affidavit, Benson had a rifle in his left hand at the time and was pointing it at the retired officer.
The affidavit said the retired officer went into his camper and gave his wife a handgun, telling her to take cover. He then took an AR-15 out of the camper and went outside, ordering Benson to drop his gun.
Benson, instead, started to drive away and began shooting at the retired officer and his camper.
This prompted the officer to return fire, causing Benson to crash into a tree. According to the affidavit.
When the retired officer thought he had fired all of the ammunition in his AR-15, he told deputies he set it in the bed of his truck and took out a second AR-15. The retired officer told deputies that he fired one more shot to see if Benson would react, since he didn’t see any movement in his car.
In the process, the retired officer ended Benson’s crime spree!
Benson had been involved in a carjacking earlier that day and had opened fire on numerous vehicles, though he didn’t injure anyone, thankfully. It does illustrate that Benson had little regard for human life and was more than willing to pull the trigger.
Thankfully, he finally crossed someone who was armed and willing to shoot back. Benson was shot in the arm and face but wasn’t killed.
He now faces a slew of charges for attempted first-degree murder (6 counts) and a count of attempted aggravated robbery.
There could have been more, including actual murder charges, had the retired officer at the campground not had an AR-15.
Gun control opponents will latch onto his status as a 'retired police officer', but I feel it vital to point out that if AR-15s are banned, even retired officers wouldn’t have them!
If they’d have gotten their way, this man or someone else may well have been killed before Benson’s rampage ended.
Gun control activists don’t like to think about that, but it’s true.
This retired officer was a private citizen, same as you and me in most legal ways, and wouldn’t have been able to stop this if Gun control activists had gotten their way.
But he did. He did because we live in a free society that recognizes the right to keep and bear arms!
Policing Becomes More Challenging If Stupid Politicians Win.
7/30/18 by Tom Knighton
One criticism we often level toward our anti-gun opponents is how so many of them are also anti-police, claiming law enforcement is full of racist, trigger happy, jackbooted thugs, while also wanting to make it so that they’re the only people who have guns.
That’s like people saying, “You know what? Guns are evil. Let’s just make sure the Nazis are the only ones who can legally possess them, okay?”
Yes, that’s stupid. However, it’s not half as stupid as a mayoral candidate in Minneapolis who wants to disarm the police.
State Representative and Minneapolis mayoral candidate Raymond Dehn is calling for major policing changes, proposing to take away guns from the majority of officers.
Raymond Dehn is one of several candidates running to beat current Minneapolis Mayor Betsy Hodges in the fall.
He recently won the support of voters at the Democratic Farmer Labor convention and now his call to disarm police of their side guns is garnering major attention.
“I’m not saying they don’t have access to that, just like they have access to more lethal weapons in their cars, I would believe they would still have access to their guns in their cars,” said Raymond Dehn.
Raymond Dehn says there needs to be drastic changes in how officers are trained.
He would be open to officers using other means to protect themselves like a night stick or pepper spray.
Hoe>Lee>Crap. Total Bullshit.
That’s weapons-grade stupid right there, ladies and gentleman!
Raymond Dehn clearly doesn’t have a clue what police are up against out on the streets, or just how little time they have to draw a weapon,
when one is needed.
If they need one, they need it now! Going back to the car is not an option! Officers need a weapon they can reach in an instant.
Police officers will tell you that the sketchiest moments as an officer are situations like a traffic stop. Pull a driver over for a busted tail light, and he might be a man who just hasn’t gotten it fixed…or he might be a drug trafficker who doesn’t want to be searched.
A lot of officers have been gunned down doing what looks like "routine stop"!
So, just when are they going to get to a firearm?
Dehn’s idea is one of those that will garner support from some of the more progressive sectors of the American public who have been calling for disarming police departments for some time.
Luckily, I believe that those are a small minority of even the political left in this country. They’re just pretty loud about their stupidity.
The problem is, it sounds like this idea is starting to gain traction, and it can’t be allowed to grow.
This kind of idiocy will result in dead officers, and in increased crime as the thugs will know the officers confronting them won’t be able to defend themselves.
I think that’s ultimately the point.
Another Florida ‘Stand Your Ground’ Claim Shows Limits Of Law.
8/1/18 News x
Lots of people lament “Stand Your Ground” laws as some unmitigated evil. They point to several high profile cases as “proof” that such laws are nothing but licenses to kill. They argue that all you have to do to get away with murder is say you were in fear of your life.
Unfortunately for both them and an Orlando, Florida man, that’s not the case. The man accused of murdering her nephew, Devon Brown, is trying to get the case dropped.
Court records filed by the public defender state Caswayne Williams reasonably believed that defending himself with force was necessary against Davon. But Sabrina disagrees.
Deputies say Davon was working at this Walmart gas station last year, when Williams, a former employee confronted him. They say an argument occurred and spilled into the parking lot where the deadly stabbing took place.
“He needs to pay for what he has done. He took a part of us, he took a part of my heart.”
Attorney Mark O’Mara calls this a self defense case, rather than stand your ground.
“It’s a self defense immunity hearing. Stand your ground only applies when you have an opportunity to retreat. In this case the facts seem to show, including the video tape and prior history that he was upset and went there for bad reasons. And if that means that he’s the initial aggressor, then he doesn’t get any of the benefits of the Florida statute,” he said.
It should be noted that Williams has tried to get the case dropped previously. Earlier this year, he tried to claim he wasn’t competent to stand trial.
As we can see, that didn’t pan out for him either!
If critics of Stand Your Ground laws were right, Williams would walk. He’s already claimed that and guess what? He’s still looking at prison time.
The truth is, Stand Your Ground only works if, as O’Mara said, you have an opportunity to retreat.
That law never came up at George Zimmerman’s trial because he didn’t have an opportunity to retreat. It was a pure self-defense case.
In this case, Williams claims he defended himself, but since he instigated the attack by showing up and confronting the victim, that defense goes out the window.
It doesn’t necessarily mean Williams didn’t defend himself. It just means that the controversial statute had no bearing on the case.
That’s what a lot of people don’t get. Self-defense is self-defense. Stand Your Ground only means you don’t have to try and get away from an attacker before defending yourself.
Nothing more, nothing less!
But if you’re unable to retreat for any reason, it doesn’t apply.
It also doesn’t apply if you start the fight in the first place!
That, will work against a self-defense claim.
What people need to understand about Stand Your Ground is that it’s not nearly what has been presented by the media. It’s not a license to kill or some legalized hunting of minorities. It means that if confronted, you can’t be prosecuted for not trying to get away before acting to defend yourself. Nothing more, nothing less.
Court Rules Trump Executive Order Unconstitutional.
8/1/18 by: TTN
President Trump's Executive Order threatening to withhold funding from sanctuary cities has been ruled unconstitutional by a Federal Court of Appeals. The court in question was undoubtedly the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
According to The Hill:
A U.S. appeals court on Wednesday ruled that President Trump's executive order threatening to withhold funding from so-called "sanctuary cities" is unconstitutional, according to The Associated Press.
The U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a district judge’s ruling in favor of two California counties that sued the Trump administration for threatening to withhold money from jurisdictions that have declared themselves sanctuary cities.
Cities across the U.S. have declared themselves sanctuaries since Trump's election, meaning they will not provide information about the legal status of immigrants within their jurisdictions to the federal government.
President Trump in January 2016 signed an executive order that stated sanctuary jurisdictions that refused to comply with federal immigration enforcement would be ineligible to receive some kinds of federal funding.
This is a major blow for President Trump's immigration enforcement efforts. It is unclear when or if the Supreme Court will take the case.
The 9th, most overturned court in the country at almost 90%!
Rules of the SCOTUS; A Writ of Certiorari is timely filed within 90 days of judgment having been entered by a state or federal appeals court. So the WH has time to
[1] confirm Justice Kavanaugh first and then
[2] file an appeal of this ridiculous decision so all nine justices can consider it.
There were Sanctuary cities before Trump became President...no thanks to sorry assed obuma for letting the problem fester for 8 years! When these cities started screwing with ICE, President Trump declared action should be taken against them...The 9th Court of appeals is a liberal infestation of radical judges/lawyers no different than if they were working for Bernie Sanders or the Communist party...They are the scum of judiciary.
I was under the impression that no State could make laws that conflict with Federal Laws? What the courts should make clear to the nation is what laws covering our Immigration System are enforceable laws? The concept of Sanctuary Cities began over the release of Criminal Felons before the Federal Government could take custody of these criminals. If a judge signed a arrest warrant should the State comply? Most people do not understand how the Federal laws we have conflict with State laws. The courts should make this public knowledge to prevent the confusion Sanctuary Cities create. Doesn't the US Constitution put the jurisdiction of National Immigration in the hands of the Federal Government?
8USC1324: Any person who...encourages or induces an alien to reside knowingly or in reckless disregard of the facts that such
residence is in violation of law, shall be punished as provided... for each alien in respect to whom such a violation occurs..fined under Title 18...imprisoned not more than 5 years or both. A person including a group of persons, business, organization, or local government commits a Federal felony when he or she .. assists an alien to get employment, remain in the US by referring him or her to an employer...Harboring or aiding illegal aliens is not protected by the 1st Amendment.
It s a felony to establish a commercial enterprise for the purpose of evading any provision of the Federal immigration law! This Section specifically applies to non-profit or religious organizations. Look it up on ask.com.
Our Constitution is the Supreme law of this nation. But there are a few that state the "Charter of the United Nations" is the Supreme law. No!
While a treaty signed by our government overrides the Constitution (i.e. Indian Treaties) the Charter is not a treaty. That said,[the final jurisdiction of Aliens rests with the federal government.]
There are written laws that allow any law-enforcement officer the right to arrest an alien. Why...an alien is not a citizen and only the federal government may deal with a foreign nation (even the individual if necessary). States are not allowed to enter into "a deal" with the foreign nation. I have to suppose nobody in that area has the guts to enforce the actual law that would stop sanctuary cities. While illegal entry into this country is classified as a misdemeanor, helping one to stay in this country is a federal felony. So where is the legal elected police officer? OH yes the local Sheriff is the only law enforcement elected by the people to enforce the people's laws. ALL others are appointed by various entities and they are beholding to them first and us somewhere down the line. Federal Immigration and Nationality Act Section 8 USC 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv)(b)(iii) and this part of the law Section 274 felonies under the federal Immigration and Nationality Act, INA 274A(a)(1)(A
John Kelly intends to remain as President Trump’s chief of staff through 2020 reelection bid.
7/31/18 by: Philip Rucker and Robert Costa
John F. Kelly plans to remain as White House chief of staff through President Trump’s 2020 reelection campaign, two White House officials confirmed Tuesday, quieting speculation that Kelly was nearing the exits because of tensions with the president over his strict management style.
Kelly, who on Monday celebrated his first anniversary as chief of staff, told West Wing staff, that he will be staying in his post at President Trump’s request through the remainder of the president’s first term, said the officials, who were not authorized to speak publicly.
Kelly, a retired four-star Marine Corps general, has had a rocky tenure at President Trump’s side, where he has tried to instill discipline but found it impossible to contain the chaos often created by the president, whose life has been guided by gut instincts.
Kelly had been widely expected by many Trump associates to leave his job this summer, either because he had tired of the intense post or the President had tired of him — or both.
His announcement this week, which was first reported by the Wall Street Journal, ends for now what had become rampant chatter in Washington about Kelly’s fate.
President Trump and Kelly have privately argued at times and complained about one another to confidants. But the relationship between generational peers; Trump is 72, and Kelly is 68, appeared to have stabilized somewhat in recent months, as the president felt more empowered to call his own shots and the chief loosened some of his restraints. They also have bonded over shared grievances toward some members of the media and various political figures, according to people close to them.
On Monday, President Trump marked Kelly’s anniversary by posting to Twitter a photo of the two men smiling in the Oval Office with the caption “Congratulations to General John Kelly. Today we celebrate his first full year as White House Chief of Staff!”
President Trump and his chief of staff John F. Kelly said on May 4 that "everything is going phenomenally well," and their relationship is good.
Kellyanne Conway, counselor to the president, reacted to Kelly’s announcement by writing in an email, “Hail to the Chief.”
“His leadership has made a difference: the team is tighter and the process more streamlined and sophisticated,” Conway added. “The fact that he is not super-glued to the President’s side is a sign of progress and evolution, even as he spends as much time with the President as anyone. General Kelly is in his fifth decade of public service, and commands respect on Capitol Hill, in the West Wing, among Cabinet members and from the President.”
Privately, however, Trump has openly weighed replacing Kelly in recent months. The president consulted friends and advisers about Kelly’s performance and solicited feedback on potential successors — including Mick Mulvaney, a former Republican congressman who heads the Office of Management and Budget and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and Nick Ayers, a Republican strategist who serves as chief of staff to Vice President Pence.
‘When you lose that power’:
How John Kelly faded as White House disciplinarian;
Mulvaney had been pitching himself for the job — even to the president — arguing that he had effectively run two important agencies, would not try to manage the president, was loyal to the Trump family and could be trusted not to leak information to journalists, according to people familiar with the conversations.
Ayers has grown increasingly close to President Trump, as well as to senior advisers Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, the president’s daughter and son-in-law and is seen as a rising political force inside the West Wing as the November midterm elections near and the president prepares for his reelection campaign.
There also have been recent discussions inside President Trump’s orbit about Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin as a possible successor to Kelly.
A Trump loyalist who also is close to Ivanka Trump and Kushner, Mnuchin was being encouraged by some allies to consider the post, according to three people familiar with those conversations. Mnuchin’s boosters held up as a model the career of Donald Regan, who was treasury secretary before becoming President Ronald Reagan’s chief of staff in the 1980s.
But Mnuchin did not seriously entertain the entreaties and is happy in his role, according to people familiar with his thinking. He has confided to friends that he feels proud of his record overseeing economic growth and has been coy about the idea of taking on the role of chief of staff.
Regardless, the President has decided to stick with Kelly — for now, at least. As with all personnel matters in the Trump White House, circumstances could change, and Kelly may not end up staying in his job through the 2020 election, considering he serves at the pleasure of a president who often acts on impulse and whim.
“It wouldn’t surprise me if he left in three weeks,” said a Republican strategist who works closely with the White House and spoke on the condition of anonymity to be candid. “It wouldn’t surprise me if he left after the midterms.
And it wouldn’t surprise me if he stayed till 2020.
Nothing would surprise me at this point.”
Kelly made his announcement near the end of Monday’s senior staff meeting, in the Roosevelt Room of the West Wing, just steps from the Oval Office. Both Mulvaney and Ayers were in the room and listened quietly as Kelly spoke, according to two people familiar with the meeting.
“The 10 months of media hand-wringing about General Kelly’s ‘imminent’ departure was presumptuous and predicated on wild rumors and misunderstanding how the White House — and our President — operate,” Conway wrote.
Kelly was appointed in July 2017 to succeed Reince Priebus, Trump’s first chief of staff, after serving for the first six months of the administration as secretary of homeland security.
Kelly sought to bring rigid order and discipline to the West Wing, but President Trump chafed, and Kelly discovered that there were limits to what he could control. Kelly developed a strained relationship with Ivanka Trump and Kushner and was accused of trying to limit the latter’s powers by revoking his interim security clearance before he was granted a permanent clearance in the spring.
Today Kelly is a shadow of himself from a year ago. Once Trump’s gatekeeper who unilaterally controlled who entered the Oval Office and which ideas could be presented to the president, Kelly now is more of an operational chief and has given up somewhat on policing access to the president.
Kelly’s influence on Trump is hardly singular. National security adviser John Bolton reports directly to the president and has unfettered access, while Secretary of State Mike Pompeo is a powerful force on foreign affairs. A trio of communications strategists — Conway, Deputy Chief of Staff Bill Shine and press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders — help guide the president on political matters.
John Kelly’s credibility is at risk after defending aide accused of domestic violence. Kelly’s tenure was marred this year by his handling of domestic abuse allegations against staff secretary Rob Porter, who resigned in February. His credibility suffered from a string of misstatements, including an attack he leveled in the fall against Rep. Frederica S. Wilson (D-Fla.). And he has drawn criticism inside the administration for comments his colleagues consider crude and politically tone deaf.
But Kelly still commands respect from President Trump, in part because of his military credentials, and has been a trusted adviser on national security issues in particular.
The two are ideologically like-minded, especially on immigration.
President Trump acknowledged earlier in the summer that serving as chief of staff has been trying for Kelly.
“He’s a wonderful man — John Kelly, four star, wonderful man,” President Trump told reporters June 29.
“Don’t forget, this is a big change for him. This has not been an easy change for him.”
Asked how long Kelly might stick around, President Trump said, “That I can’t tell you. But I can say we’ve had a very good relationship, and we’ve achieved a lot. . . . I like him, and I respect him.”

ICE Official Embarrasses Stupid Dimwitocrat Senator.
8/1/18 by: TTN Staff
An ICE official had to explain to a Democrat Senator that illegal immigrants are illegal because they have in fact violated the law.
According to The Daily Wire:
An Immigration and ICE official had to explain to a Democrat senator during a hearing on Tuesday that illegal aliens are illegal aliens, because they have broken federal immigration laws.
Matthew T. Albence, Executive Associate Director for Enforcement and Removal Operations at ICE had to inform Sen. Mazie Hirono (D-HI) that illegal aliens face prosecution because they have broken the law.
"Mr. Albence, would you send your children to FRCs?" Hirono asked.
"Again, I think we’re missing the point," Albence replied. "These individuals are there because they have broken a law! There has to be a process."
It is concerning that our elected officials put politics over common sense. You lawmakers should understand that breaking the law is, in fact, an illegal act.
6 Reasons Mad maxine waters is in Hot Water.
8/01/18 by: TTN Staff
Maxine Waters is no stranger to insane rhetoric or calls for harassment, that said, every week it feels like we report on another mad maxine waters disaster.
This is a giant recap of some of her wildest mishaps that have her in boiling water, here are the 6 reasons:
1) Go Out and Get Them;
“If you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd and you push back on them! And you tell them that they are not welcome, anymore, anywhere” -maxine waters (D-CA)
maxine called for mob action against every White House official, this is unacceptable and unethical alone, but she only gets madder and viler.
2) Daughter's Money;
maxine allegedly had her campaign funnel money to her daughter who was working as a member of the team at this time, her daughter has received more than $600,000 since 2006.
As the Washington Free Beacon reports:
Karen Waters has been on the payroll of her mother's campaign committee, Citizens for Waters, since 2006. She has pulled in more than $600,000 for her services since that time. Karen is in charge of endorsement mailers, known as "slate mailers," for her mother's campaign. The slate mailer operation has generated hundreds of thousands of dollars for waters' federal campaign committee in recent years.
3) Attacking Party Leadership;
Mad max isn’t just in trouble with the law over suspicions payments to family members or the people for her calls to “action” against Trump’s people, she is in trouble with her own party. After her calls to harass Trump officials she was grilled by Democratic party leadership, 'then she fired back against Chuck Schumer claiming he is just trying to keep his leadership position'.
4) International Waters;
As if all the US railing against you wasn’t a problem, maxine goes international. After the Trump-Putin Helsinki submit maxine tried to derail any effort at peace by relentlessly mocking the president and his people. She called Trump's team the Kremlin Klan and Trump, Putin’s Apprentice among other things. Why try to stop a net benefit for the country? Because you are jealous of success and can’t let Trump have it.
5) An Apology to Castro;
As the voyage on the Mad max Express continues, we take a trip to the Caribbean where we learn about communist Dictator Fidel Castro.
In 1998 Maxine Waters Wrote a letter to the Cuban “Revolutionary” that she was sorry she had accidentally voted for a bill requesting a police officer killer be sent back from Cuba to the USA. She refers to the killer as a “Political Activist” and claims the bill mislead her and other congressmen by using the individual's real name instead of their new name.
6) Internet Kook Maxine;
Conspiracy theories are nothing new to the left, but this one perpetuated by maxine is wacky!
As the Daily Wire reports:
waters was highlighting a series of articles from the San Jose Mercury News that claimed to show a connection between the CIA and the drug trade, but the paper eventually backed away from the story after they were eviscerated by various other news outlets.
That didn't deter waters from holding tight to the conspiracy theory.
"It doesn't matter whether the CIA delivered the kilo of cocaine themselves or turned their back on it to let somebody else do it," waters said in 1997. "They're guilty just the same."
