Annapolis Mayor Accuses Trump of Refusing to Lower Flags for Newspaper Victims.

Five people were killed in the shooting at the Capital Gazette newspaper in Annapolis, Maryland last week. The culprit had a grudge against the outlet for years and let his anger boil over into a murder spree. He has been charged with five counts of first-degree murder and is being held without bail.
Annapolis Mayor Gavin Buckley asked President Trump to lower flags at half staff to honor the victims, "but he claims the request got rejected".
“Obviously, I’m disappointed, you know? Buckley said Monday. "Is there a cutoff for tragedy? This was an attack on the press. It was an attack on freedom of speech. It’s just as important as any other tragedy.”
White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders, however, called Buckley Tuesday to inform him," they will indeed be lowering the American flag". She also said that Trump approved the request "as soon as" it reached his ears.

"Our Nation shares the sorrow of those affected by the shooting at the Capital Gazette newspaper in Annapolis, Maryland. Americans across the country are united in calling upon God to be with the victims and to bring aid and comfort to their families and friends. As a mark of solemn respect for the victims of the terrible act of violence perpetrated on June 28, 2018, by the authority vested in me as President of the United States by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, I hereby order that the flag of the United States shall be flown at half-staff at the White House and upon all public buildings and grounds, at all military posts and naval stations, and on all naval vessels of the Federal Government in the District of Columbia and throughout the United States and its Territories and possessions until sunset, 7/3/18. I also direct that the flag shall be flown at half-staff for the same length of time at all United States embassies, legations, consular offices, and other facilities abroad, including all military facilities and naval vessels and stations.

Last week's Capital Gazette victims include editor and columnist Rob Hiaasen, 59; Wendi Winters, 65, a community correspondent who led special publications; editorial page editor Gerald Fischman, 61; editor and sports writer John McNamara, 56; and sales assistant Rebecca Smith, 34.
President Trump shared his thoughts and prayers for the victims and their loved ones straight from the White House last week.

Rachel Dolezal Booked Into Jail For...

Authorities booked race-jumping, ex-NAACP leader Rachel Dolezal into jail over an alleged welfare-fraud scheme. (WorldNetDaily)
According to KREM-TV, Rachel Dolezal, now known as Nkechi Diallo, was booked into the Spokane County jail Monday on counts of first-degree theft by welfare fraud, making false verification and second-degree perjury.
USA Today reported she could face up to 15 years in prison for receiving thousands of dollars in public assistance illegally.
Between Aug. 1, 2015, and Nov. 30, 2017, she obtained public assistance when she was not entitled to it, prosecutors contend.
Court documents claim she illegally received thousands in food and child care assistance while depositing nearly $84,000 into her bank account.

Meet The Judges President Trump Interviewed Yesterday. [VIDEO]

President Trump met with 4 finalists to replace Justice Kennedy on the Supreme Court.
"I interviewed 4 very impressive people yesterday. On Monday I will be announcing my decision for Justice of the United States Supreme Court!"-- President Trump
The New York Times reports:
Judge Thapar, the son of Indian-American immigrants, was Mr. Trump’s first nominee to an appeals court in 2017. A former district court judge from Kentucky with a conservative track record, Judge Thapar was among those the president considered as a replacement for Justice Antonin Scalia, who died in 2016.
Judge Kavanaugh, an appointee of President George W. Bush who also worked in Mr. Bush’s White House, clerked at the Supreme Court for Justice Kennedy. He was also a prosecutor under the independent counsel Kenneth W. Starr, who investigated resident Slick Willy.
President Trump has expressed a desire to name a woman to the court, and Judge Barrett is a favorite of religious conservatives. Deeply religious and a former law clerk for Justice Scalia, she once argued that Catholic judges should sometimes recuse themselves from sentencing in death penalty cases.
Judge Kethledge also clerked for Justice Kennedy, and has the support of some conservative activists. A graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, Judge Kethledge does not have the Harvard or Yale pedigree that President Trump has told associates he would like to see in the next justice.
The president is going to meet with at least three more judges, according to media reports.
Note that the White House did not confirm that these individuals were indeed the four the president interviewed, but the four are included on the list of 25 that the White House has cited.
The president said he will announce his pick next week.

4th Of July Terror Attack Foiled.

Federal Agents have arrested a man who was planning an attack on the 4th of July festivities in Cleveland Ohio.
According to WKYC:
CLEVELAND – Federal authorities have arrested a man who allegedly planned a terrorist-style attack in downtown Cleveland on July 4.
The FBI said Demetrius Nathaniel Pitts -- aka Abdur Raheem Rafeeq -- was taken into custody Sunday around 10 a.m. on accusations of attempting to provide material support to a foreign terrorist organization.
Last week, Pitts allegedly told an undercover agent: "I did tell myself that their holiday is coming up. The Fourth of July. Independence Day. What would hit them in the core? Blow up. Have a bomb. Blow up at the Fourth of July parade."
Authorities say Pitts talked about hitting targets like St. John's Cathedral and giving remote control cars packed with explosives and shrapnel to the children of military members.
Authorities confirmed that Pitts swore allegiance to al-Qaeda and that military members were his targets. Philidelphia was also a possible city of interest for him.

Crazy Immigration Protester Tries To Breach Secret Service Barricade.

Protests have been ongoing in regard to the immigration debate, but on Saturday that escalated quickly. A man is being charged with injuring a Secret Service officer while trying to breach a barricade near the White House.
According to The Daily Caller:
Prosecutors have charged a man with punching a Secret Service officer in the jaw during an immigration protest in front of the White House Saturday.
The man, identified in court documents as Carmona, allegedly parked his BMW and attempted to move a barrier in Lafayette Square, just north of the White House fence, before punching the officer in the jaw and left eye, NBC News reported.
“Where is the president?” he yelled at the officers, according to the documents.
“Carmona was placed under arrest for assaulting a federal law enforcement officer,” the affidavit obtained by NBC stated. “While being placed under arrest, Carmona asked ‘Where is the President?’ He also stated to officers ‘Just end it, just kill me.'”
It is unclear what his true intentions were. But judging from his rhetoric he could have been trying to breach the barricades to gain access to President Trump.

ABC Newsman OUT After False Story About Trump And Flynn.

ABC's longtime newsman Brain Ross is parting ways with the network. The decision comes after a false report was made by Ross where he stated that Trump ordered General Michael Flynn to contact Russian officials.
According to The Daily Wire:
After 24 years with ABC News, Brian Ross announced on Monday that he's parting ways with the network. The decision comes a little over six months after Ross "falsely reported" that Donald Trump ordered adviser Mike Flynn to contact Russian officials during the 2016 campaign — a claim that sent the stock market diving and left the Democrats' salivating over the belief they'd finally got their evidence of "collusion" to take down Trump.
"After a great run of 24 years, we have decided to pack up and move on from ABC News, an organization that has meant so much to us," Ross and longtime executive producer Rhonda Schwartz said in a statement Monday. "While we are signing off from ABC News, we are hardly leaving investigative journalism. There is much more to do." *** And lie about? ***
ABC News president James Goldston bids farewell to the pair in a memo to employees;
"They've exposed government corruption at every level, international human rights abuses and fraud, uncovered dangerous working conditions, sexual abuse cover-ups and dishonest business practices," said Goldston. "Their work has led repeatedly to real changes in policy in the U.S. and around the world. Over the years they have built a team of the best investigative journalists in our industry, and they leave behind an outstanding group that will continue to break stories for many years to come. … We wish them well in their next chapter."
Despite Goldston's high praise and optimism about Ross' future, the {investigative reporter will likely be most remembered for his 'infamous false report" that has made just about every headline announcing his departure from the network.}
In its report on Ross parting ways with ABC, Page Six cites his "botched report" on ousted White House national security adviser Flynn that reported President Trump directed Flynn to make contact with Russian officials." Variety also cites the "erroneous Trump report" in their piece on Ross leaving ABC.
This is one of the more major consequences of a reporter being reprimanded for reporting 'fake news'.
Hopefully, this serves as a lesson for these big-time journalists to check their sources!

Walmart Called Out For Anti-Trump Products!

Usually, major corporations try to stay politically neutral seeing as how customers come from both sides of the political spectrum. Not Walmart apparently, decided they didn't care and are now being called out for it.
According to Fox News:
Walmart has found itself on the receiving end of a torrent of outrage after it was discovered Monday that the superstore was selling 'anti-Trump “Impeach 45” apparel' on its website.
The outcry sparked a Boycott Walmart trend on Twitter as users expressed their distaste for the chain promoting the impeachment of President Trump, echoing some Congressional Democrats.
Ryan Fournier, chairman of the group Students for Trump, was one of the first to discover Walmart was selling the clothing item, according to the International Business Times.

One user accused Walmart of joining the “far left.”

Trey Rowdy Gowdy Gets Amazing Supreme Court News.

Senator Tim Scott of South Carolina thinks a lot of Trey Gowdy, a representative from his home state. So much so that he plans to recommend President Trump consider him for the Supreme Court.
According to CNN:
"I'm going to recommend Trey Gowdy to be one of the folks that I would have a strong recommendation for him serving on the Supreme Court," Scott said in an interview on CNN's "The Van Jones Show" airing Saturday at 7 p.m. ET.
"I hope that the President will be open to that recommendation."
Scott called Trey Gowdy, a former federal prosecutor, "incredibly fair" and said he was an equal opportunity critic of both the Trump and obuma administrations.
"A guy who will call balls and strikes and not choose a side, even when he's an elected member, at this time in our nation's history that's hard to find," Scott said.
The two Republicans have grown close over their time in Congress and recently co-authored a book, "Unified: How Our Unlikely Friendship Gives Us Hope for a Divided Country."
Although Gowdy does not appear on Trump's list of 25 names he is very popular amongst conservatives. The pick will be announced next week, and it would great if that name is Trey Gowdy.

Another Trump Official Harassed At Restaurant.

It seems to be a pattern lately, Trump administration officials who try to go out to eat at a restaurant get harassed.
Maxine Waters ramped up calls for the harassment and it seems to be escalating.
According to the New York Post:
Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Scott Pruitt became the most recent Trump administration figure to get an earful while trying to get a mouthful at a DC restaurant, according to a Facebook posting Monday.
Teacher Kristin Mink was shown approaching Pruitt as he chowed down with a pal at the Teaism restaurant Monday, four blocks from his office at the EPA’s headquarters.
“I just wanted to urge you to resign, because of what you’re doing to the environment in our country,”Kristin Mink said, holding her two-year-old son
and a notepad, as her husband recorded the encounter.
Speaking to The Post, the 33-year-old mom from Silver Spring, Maryland explained that her husband pointed out Pruitt and her first reaction was, “He’s the worst.”
Apparently, the removal of cumbersome regulations will turn our environment into some post-apocalyptic scene. So, environmental protectors feel the need to protect the earth.
The regulations that have been removed have had positive effects on the economy and hopefully, this doesn't deter Mr. Pruitt from doing his job.
Teacher Kristin Mink harasses those she disagrees with politically, while they simply try to eat lunch.
Just where does she teach, and what does she teach our children. She apparently doesn't see the harm in using children to achieve her agenda,
including her own son.

Eric Trump's Foot Race Through Traffic.

Eric, President Trump's son, recently rushed through traffic to come to a woman's aid in New York City, according to multiple reports. Eric, reportedly, rushed to flag down an ambulance to come to help the woman.
According to The Daily Wire:
A source told The Washington Examiner that Eric Trump and his Secret Service security detail stopped to help the woman after she passed out at the train station last Wednesday morning.
The source said that Trump saw an ambulance passing by and ran into the busy New York City traffic to stop it.
"I watched as Eric looked up, spotted an ambulance slowly passing by on 6th, ran into traffic — almost getting hit by a bicyclist — and shouted at the ambulance to get its attention," The Examiner's source said.
"Not sure if the ambulance had already been called or if Eric managed to hail it out of the blue, but in any case his sense of urgency was clear and he succeeded in getting the paramedics to stop and tend to the woman," the source continued.
The biased mainstream media won't give much attention to this if any at all.
But this is just another story about the 'good' that the Trump family does.
Kudos to Eric for such a selfless act of kindness!
