ICE Released List Of Illegal Immigrants Accused Of Crimes After Local Police Ignored Detainers.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement is releasing quarterly reports of illegal immigrants accused of crimes in an effort to highlight the dangers posed by “sanctuary city” policies after local police denied retainer requests.
ICE released its first “Declined Detainer Report,” a comprehensive list of illegal aliens who were accused of criminal actions after local jails refused to honor ICE detainers and allowed them to be released back into the public. The list pertains to detainers issued between Jan. 1, 2018 and March 31, 2018 — the second quarter of the 2018 fiscal year.
“So you have murders, you have people who did property crime, spousal abuse, driving under the influence, possession of narcotics — they came into custody of local authorities and were released after ICE filed a detainer,” former acting ICE Director Ron Vitiello said Monday on Fox News. “This is a danger to those communities, and the detainer report highlights what happens.”Sixteen different individuals were included in the report. In every instance, authorities arrested an undocumented immigrant for an alleged crime, but they were able to leave after local jails ignored detainer requests by federal immigration authorities who suspected they were living in the U.S. illegally. Those undocumented aliens went on to get re-arrested for more alleged crimes — including murder and rape.
“Cooperation between ICE and state and local law enforcement agencies is critical to the effort to identify and arrest removable aliens and defend the nation’s security. Every day, ICE places detainers on individuals who the agency has probable cause to believe are aliens who are removable from the United States and are currently in federal, state, and local law enforcement agency custody,” the agency wrote in its report.
The report is meant to publicize the consequences when local police forces refuse to cooperate with federal immigration authorities. The Los Angeles Police Department arrested a 30-year-old Mexican citizen included on the list in January 2018 for possession of a controlled substance. In that same month, ICE lodged a detainer for the individual, but the department ignored the request. Authorities eventually released the Mexican citizen and arrested him again in February 2018 on murder charges.

The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office in California arrested a 28-year-old Mexican citizen in December 2017 for a probation violation. ICE issued a detainer for him, but he was released into the public after the sheriff’s department ignored it. Authorities arrested him in January 2018 on accusations of rape and other alleged crimes, but he was again able to walk out of jail after an ICE detainer was not honored.
These new reports are at the direction of President Donald Trump, who signed an executive order during his first five days in office calling for ICE to let the public know when jurisdictions don’t cooperate with them.

That person puts up his hand and says, "I am from Middle East. I am not American. It was easy to get here via Arizona~"
He finally sees a nice lady and asks, "Are you an American?"
She says, "No, I am from Africa here on an Education Green Card that expired 10 years ago."
Puzzled, he asks her, "Where are all the Americans?"
The African lady checks her watch and says: "Probably at work!"

I am appalled at this news – have you seen this?
This weekend, protesters outside of an ICE facility tore our American flag right off of the flagpole, and instead raised up the mexican flag.
It’s the most recent example in a string of multiple anti-American acts from the extreme left – enablers of illegal aliens raising a foreign flag on U.S. soil.
This kind of behavior is dangerous!! It’s absolutely radical. But it’s what the left wants.

President Donald Trump just got hit with a major surprise about the 2020 election.
The battlefield for the 2020 Presidential Election is beginning to take shape.
And the race was rocked by a shocking development.
Political pundits and the biased Fake News Media members left Donald Trump for dead.

They cited fake polls that were designed to suppress Republican turnout as the “evidence” killary clinton would romp on Election Day.
Now they are all buying into the narrative that former Vice President joe biden is strongly positioned to defeat Donald Trump.

Newt Gingrich revealed the one miracle that just guaranteed President Donald Trump’s reelection.
President Donald Trump officially kicked off his re-election bid in Orlando on Tuesday night.
Going into the event, the Fake News Media focused on polls that showed Donald Trump trailing Joe Biden,
the odds-on favorite to win the Democrat nomination.
But Newt Gingrich went on Fox News and revealed this one miracle that just guaranteed Donald Trump’s victory in 2020.
Gingrich appeared on “America’s Newsroom” to preview the Trump re-election kickoff rally.
The former Speaker of the House and failed presidential candidate also outlined why he believed Trump would win in 2020. Gingrich told Fox viewers that it was a “miracle” that Trump was still politically standing despite the Fake & Biased News Media dumping 90% negative coverage on his head.

When you’ve had 92% or 93% negative press coverage, the very fact that he’s still standing is sort of a miracle, and of course part of that is he has had a remarkable economy,” Mr. Gingrich said on Fox News’ “America’s Newsroom,” speaking from Rome.
Along with the booming economy, Gingrich credited job creation and rising wages for Trump’s enduring popularity. He also said that President Trump has given his conservative backers exactly what he promised. “He has been very good on judges, very good on deregulation, very good on tax cuts,” he said…
…“President Trump is a great campaigner. I think that he believes he’s going to win. He believes it’s going to be a fight to the finish,” he said.
"But he also believes that the Democrats are pretty weak and I’m inclined to agree with him. I think the Democrats could stumble into a disaster if they’re not careful,” he said.
Gingrich also noted that Trump was a great campaigner and was spoiling for a fight with the eventual Democrat party nominee. - Gingrich’s belief that Trump will win is backed up by history.
Since 1932 just two Presidents seeking re-election after winning a first term have been defeated.
And going back to 1980, the polls taken in May the year before the Presidential election have missed the final result by an average of 16 points.
So any numbers showing biden leading Trump, should be taken with a massive grain of salt!

The media covered one story about President Donald Trump that no one saw coming!
Year one of President Donald Trump’s Presidency has been consumed by him fighting back against the liberal media smears. = They are spreading fake news to try and bring him down.
But they unearthed the one story that none of them could believe.
The House and the Senate passed President Trump’s tax cut package.
This was a major victory for the President and capped his first year in office.
What no one expected was the media to reconsider how they viewed Trump’s first year.
It was 12 months of significant achievements.
Axios’ Mike Allen laid out all President Trump accomplished:
“You might not like his words or actions. But measured in terms of what Republican voters want and expected, he’s winning on consequential and lasting fronts:
*The tax bill passed with almost unanimous Republican support, before the end of the year, and in keeping with mostly mainstream conservative orthodoxy. Trump won a bigger corporate tax break than either Bush ever got, and will sign the most consequential new tax law in 30 years. And he followed through on cutting taxes for most small businesses and most Americans. He did this without losing a single GOP senator — even his harshest critics.
*He failed to repeal all of obuma’s health-care law. But Trump axed the individual mandate with the tax bill, and has chipped away at other parts of the law’s foundation. Again, you might hate the outcome. But it’s a significant step to blowing up a program most Republicans demanded be destroyed.
*Axios health-care editor Sam Baker emails: “The smaller administrative steps Trump has taken — an executive order, cuts to enrollment outreach, ending a critical stream of funding for insurers — [are cumulatively] weakening the ACA’s insurance exchanges and prompting some insurers to question whether those markets are worth the trouble.”
*Trump has vigilantly tilted the court rightward in lasting ways. Justice Neil Gorsuch was a substantial, conservative addition to the Supreme Court. And it wasn’t a one-off: The N.Y. Times notes that he has appointed eight appellate judges, the most this early in a presidency since Richard Nixon. The dozen new U.S. Circuit Court judges he has named is the most during a president’s first year in office in more than a century!
*Trump has followed through on eviscerating regulations, many of them imposed by obuma. He has revoked 67, and delayed or derailed more than 1,500 others.
*The economy has grown consistently under his watch.
*ISIS is in retreat. The N.Y. Times’ Ross Douthat calls it “A War Trump Won.”
The biased media has schemed to portray Trump’s first year in office as a failure.They want to drive down his approval numbers and help the Democrats win Congress.- So they focused on meaningless tweets and “process” stories instead of covering the substance of Trump’s year in office.
He has done more to advance a conservative agenda on all fronts than any President in at least a generation.

Senate Republicans reached an agreement to include repealing obumadon'tcare’s individual mandate in the tax reform bill they plan to take up next week.
This move will free up hundreds of millions of dollars that can be committed to lowering tax rates for middle class Americans and wipe one of obuma’s worst legacies off the books.
Politico reports:
“Republicans are adding repeal of obumadon'tcare’s individual mandate to the latest version of their tax bill, according to several GOP senators, with several key swing-vote lawmakers saying they’re open to the idea.
Senate Finance Committee Republicans decided to include repeal language in the package. The legislation was discussed at a closed-door party lunch meeting Tuesday, and several attendees said no one spoke out against the idea.
John Thune (R-S.D.) said adding mandate repeal could allow Republicans to include more middle-class tax relief in the tax bill, and that he was confident it could pass the Senate.
The GOP views repeal as both a way to fulfill its campaign pledge to undo obumadon'tcare and a source of revenue: Repeal would generate $338 billion to help pay for tax reform.
“It’s been whipped,” said Thune, a member of GOP leadership, adding it’s an idea that “we’ve been looking at for some time as a potential solution for some of the challenges that we’re facing in trying to make the bill do the things we’re trying to accomplish.”
While repealing the mandate would not 'eliminate' obumadon'tcare, it would gut the most unpopular piece of obumadon'tcare!
And it could force RINOs who killed the attempts to repeal obumadon'tcare over the summer back to the negotiating table for another stab at wiping the crown jewel of obuma’s socialist agenda off the books.
President Trump campaigned on repealing obumadon'tcare and despite his own party fighting him on the effort, has always maintained it was a realistic goal he could accomplish.
Eliminating the mandate in the tax bill is a BIG first step toward making that a reality.

Donald Trump just dealt a major blow to obumadon'tcare!
Repealing obumadon'tcare was a lynchpin of Donald Trump’s successful Presidential campaign.
Many questioned if he would be able to make good on his pledge.
One of his first actions in office gutted obumadon'tcare in a major way.
President Trump signed an executive order instructing the IRS not to enforce the mandate, penalties, and taxes associated with obumadon'tcare!
Many assumed it was just a symbolic gesture to give the appearance of keeping a key promise.
But a close examination revealed President Trump actually gutted Obamacare.
Reason.com reports:
“Following President Donald Trump’s executive order instructing agencies to provide relief from the health law, the Internal Revenue Service appears to be taking a more lax approach to the coverage requirement.
The health law’s individual mandate requires everyone to either maintain qualifying health coverage or pay a tax penalty, known as a “shared responsibility payment.” The IRS was set to require filers to indicate whether they had maintained coverage in 2016 or paid the penalty by filling out line 61 on their form 1040s. Alternatively, they could claim exemption from the mandate by filing a Form 8965. For most filers, filling out line 61 would be mandatory. The IRS would not accept 1040s unless the coverage box was checked, or the shared responsibility payment noted, or the exemption form included. Otherwise, they would be labeled “silent returns” and rejected.
Instead, however, filling out that line will be optional.
Earlier this month, the IRS quietly altered its rules to allow the submission of 1040s with nothing on line 61. The IRS says it still maintains the option to follow up with those who elect not to indicate their coverage status, although it’s not clear what circumstances might trigger a follow-up.
But what would have been a mandatory disclosure will instead be voluntary. Silent returns will no longer be automatically rejected. The change is a direct result of the executive order President Donald Trump issued in January directing the government to provide relief from obumadon'tcare to individuals and insurers, within the boundaries of the law.”
When the order was signed, some saw it for what it was.
Judge Andrew Napolitano called it “revolutionary” because it instructed the government to favor the individual over the state.-- Without the individual mandate, obumadon'tcare collapses!
The legislation depends on young and healthy individuals being forced into the insurance pool in order to buy coverage they are unlikely to use in order to subsidize the cost of insuring older and sicker Americans.
President Trump’s executive order guts the enforcement mechanism of obumadon'tcare.But the regulations and the government controls over health care plans can only be repealed by an act of Congress. And so far the Republican-controlled House and Senate have been paralyzed by fear over repealing the law. Neither chamber can agree on a replacement plan so no legislation has advanced to President Trump’s desk.
Question is:
Will the Republican congress follow Trump’s lead and fulfill their seven-year promise to repeal obumadon'tcare?
