Liberals think immigration laws are unfair, so they get to ignore them. They believe that every illegal alien wants to keep their head down and work, not causing any more harm than anyone else.
We have a list of people to burst their bubble! The reality is that dangerous people sneak into the United States. There are all sorts of outlaws that are all too happy to take advantage of liberal sanctuary laws, and they are here to work our "freebie" system: that, of course, means they think they can get by with breaking other rules, too.
1.) Mario Antunez-Sotelo;
According to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), "He is believed to be a member of an alien smuggling organization which smuggles undocumented aliens into the United States for financial gain and then compels their labor under threats of harm and death." But that's harmless, right?
2.) Juan Hernandez Rodriguez;
According to ICE, "a self-admitted gang member and previously removed criminal alien with convictions for burglary and felony grand theft." So a gang member that steals, and had been deported five times already, but keeps coming back! Yay.
3.) Kristian Jonas Gamez-Trejo;
According to ICE, "Gamez-Trejo is wanted for removal as a previously removed, convicted criminal alien with a felony conviction in San Francisco County, Mexifornia, for sex with a minor in November 2016. Gamez-Trejo was most recently removed to Honduras on December 9, 2015, and unlawfully re-entered the U.S." So, a deported child predator that was so blatantly guilty, San Francisco couldn't even ignore it. Yeah, he needs a break.
4.) Santos Moreira;
According to ICE, "Santos Moreira is wanted for removal as a previously removed criminal alien with felony convictions for manslaughter, robbery with a firearm, and possession and purchase of cocaine. Moreira was ordered removed by an immigration judge on November 7, 1995. He has multiple previous removals and was last removed from the U.S. by ICE on October 14, 2010." A murderer with a cocaine habit convicted of armed robbery; at least the "firearm" part would bother liberals.
5.) Mike Cux-Jocop;
According to ICE, Cux-Jocop is a "previously removed, convicted criminal alien with a felony conviction in San Mateo County, Mexifornia, for sex with a minor in August 2013." Authorities previously deported the monstrous sex offender to Guatemala.
6.) Maximino Delgado Lagunas;
Police arrested Maximino Delgado Lagunas for running over a six-year-old girl, killing her. According to NBC Los Angeles, "Immigration officials say 50-year-old Maximino Delgado Lagunas, who is in the United States illegally, had a blood-alcohol level nearly three times the legal limit upon arrest. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has revealed to NBC4 that Lagunas, a Mexican national, had been deported twice, once in 2001 and again in 2008."

New numbers released show nancy pukelosi's numbers at the lowest level in almost a decade!
As more candidates disavow her, it brings in to question if it is time for her to retire.
According to Gallup:
pukelosi has a 55% favorable rating among Democrats.
This percentage matches the lowest favorability recorded for her in 2009 among her own party. Over the past 10 years, her rating among Democrats reached a high of 66% several times.
On the whole, pukelosi has had persistently net negative image ratings since 2007 when she became speaker. Before that, more Americans had no impression of her than had a favorable or unfavorable opinion of her.
pukelosi ended her term as speaker with an overall 33% favorability rating in 2011, which was somewhat higher than her successor, John Boehner's 23% rating recorded two months before he announced his retirement in 2015. By comparison, Ryan's 40% favorability rating among all Americans makes him the most popular of the last three speakers so far, although his term doesn't end until January 2019.
Using history as a guide, Ryan's favorable rating would be expected to worsen as time goes on. All recent speakers left the speakership with net negative favorability ratings, much worse off than when they started.
nancy pukelosi doesn't look like she is going anywhere soon. Her defiance and need to be in power is apparent. But it is looking like it might help the Republicans in November.

GOP Candidate Releases First TV Campaign Ad With Gun By Her Side!

It’s often not enough for people to simply agree to disagree when it comes to a politician’s policy proposals anymore. For reasons 'rational people' don’t understand, there are voters out there who believe death threats are the appropriate way to influence their representative’s decision-making.

 Threatening phone calls to Congressmen and women –and Leah Vukmir, a GOP candidate who’s running to be Wisconsin’s next U.S. Senator, have become the norm.

 Senator, knows these phone calls all too well.

 In Vukmir’s first television campaign ad, a camera pans across a darkened room where viewers see pictures of Vukmir’s family. Among the family photos sits a telephone, playing threatening voicemails left for the hopeful candidate. As the camera continues to move, Vukmir begins to speak and is eventually seen sitting in her dining room with a holstered handgun by her side. Vukmir states that she has received threats before, but that she will not let those threats deter her from implementing conservative policies!

Vukmir is currently a state senator representing Wisconsin’s 5th District, a position that she has held since 2011. 

 Nine years before being elected to the state senate, Vukmir became a member of the state Assembly, where she filled Governor Scott Walker’s vacant seat. With a political career more than a decade-long, Vukmir is trying to position herself as an outsider and show that she is a staunch supporter of the president.

 With her new ad, she may also be trying to make up political ground, as her opponent Kevin Nicholson, a Wisconsin businessman, is said to be leading her by 14 points. However, with the primary election just under two months away, Vukmir has some time to try to catch up.

 Thanks to her television ad, the GOP candidate is finally getting some attention.

 Of course, anti-gun, anti-Second Amendment proponents have not been able to hold back their displeasure over Vukmir using a firearm in her video. Several critics tweeted their anger over the state senator’s support for the right to bear arms and her subtle promise to protect herself and her family from threats.

 Vukmir describes herself as “100% pro-gun” and touts her “A” rating from the National Rifle Association Political Victory Fund. Her campaign website also states that “she would oppose efforts to start a federal gun registry.” However, the site doesn’t provide much more detail on her support for the Second Amendment. 

 With all of the talk about gun control, such as changes to legal age requirements to purchase semi-automatic rifles, the banning of bump stocks, and restrictions on high capacity magazines, Second Amendment supporting Wisconsinites may want to know where she stands on those issues.

 Wisconsin’s GOP primary will be held on August 14, and the winner will take on incumbent Senator Tammy Baldwin (D-WI) in November.

Another Company Caves To Anti-Gun Mob, Will Stop Gun Manufacturing.

Gun control groups, the Parkland activists, and even banks have successfully put pressure on companies involved in the business of selling and manufacturing firearms.

 First, it was Dick’s Sporting Goods, stating it would no longer sell guns to anyone under the age of 21. 

Then the company started to destroy its inventory.

 Not too long after came Kroger and L.L. Bean. And of course, one can’t forget Fred Meyer and Walmart.

Now, another company is caving to the left-wing, anti-gun mob by halting the gun manufacturing aspect of its business.

 This time, rather than a sporting goods store, it’s one of the largest ammo manufacturers in the country.

Here’s more from the Dayton Daily News:

*Another company, this one among the largest ammunition makers in America, will stop producing firearms following the massacre at Marjorie Stoneman Douglas High in February.

 Vista Outdoor Inc. has been pressured for months by retailers that sell its other goods like Bell bicycle helmets and CamelBak water carriers, to distance itself from firearms.

 The Utah company said Tuesday that it will focus on products for outdoor enthusiasts. It will continue to sell ammunition, its biggest core businesses.

 REI, the national outdoor retailer, suspended all orders from Vista in March after it refused to say if it would continue to manufacture weapons.

 Vista last year had revenue of $2.5 billion. It is looking for buyers for its Savage and Stevens firearms brands, and other product lines not related to firearms.

 This case with Vista Outdoor Inc. is a little different than the others. Rather than merely changing its policies because of the anti-gun, anti-Second Amendment rhetoric, Vista is facing pressure from its business partners. 

 Seeing one business force another business to fall in line with a particular set of values that could hurt it, in the long run, is something gun owners haven’t seen before.

 Vista can’t help it if a significant national outdoor retailer will no longer take orders for its other products because it still manufactures firearms.

 Unfortunately, Vista didn’t have much choice in the matter. It needs to keep its business running, so it will do what it has to do.

 This situation appears to be a double-edged sword for the company, as halting gun manufacturing could affect the companies relationship with gun owners and the Second Amendment community.

 As the Dayton Daily News notes, however, most of the company’s revenue comes from ammunition sales. Vista may take a hit, but it may end up being okay.

 Unlike Dick’s Sporting Goods, which made the awful choice of destroying its gun inventory, it appears that Vista is looking to sell what it has.

 In a news release, Vista Outdoor Inc. stated:

"In conducting the strategic review, Vista Outdoor management defined several criteria to evaluate whether individual product categories are part of the company’s core. Vista Outdoor evaluated brands within its current portfolio based on their ability to do the following:"

*Serve the company’s target consumer – the outdoor enthusiast

*Create cross-selling and other similar synergy opportunities

*Achieve market leading positions and leadership economics

*Demonstrate omni-channel distribution capabilities

 As a result of this evaluation, and with support from its board of directors, Vista Outdoor will focus on achieving growth through its market-leading brands in ammunition, hunting and shooting accessories, hydration bottles and packs, and outdoor cooking products.

 The company plans to explore strategic options for assets that fall outside of these product categories, including its remaining Sports Protection brands (e.g. Bell, Giro, and Blackburn), Jimmy Styks paddle boards, and Savage and Stevens firearms.

  Vista Outdoor expects that the execution of this process will significantly reduce the company’s leverage, improve financial flexibility and the efficiency of its capital structure, and provide additional resources to reinvest in core product categories, both organically and through acquisition.

Update: Other Gun Manufacturers Have Had Enough Of Dick’s Sporting Goods!

Despite Vista Outdoor, Inc.’s decision to no longer be in the business of gun manufacturing,

 Second Amendment supporters and gun owners have reason to rejoice as other gun manufacturers are taking the fight to gun control proponents and companies.

 Due to Dick’s Sporting Goods’ new push for gun control, several gun manufacturers have had enough!

Mossberg:

One gun manufacturer that is looking to make the lives of Dick’s Sporting Good executives much more difficult is Mossberg.

 Thanks to Dick’s anti-gun rhetoric, and its new anti-gun, anti-Second Amendment store policies, as well as its decision to hire lobbyists to further its gun control agenda, Mossberg decided to make it clear where it stood on the Constitution and the country’s right to bear arms.

 In a statement, Iver Mossberg, Chief Executive Officer of O.F. Mossberg & Sons said, “It has come to our attention that Dick’s Sporting Goods recently hired lobbyists on Capitol Hill to promote additional gun control. Make no mistake, Mossberg is a staunch supporter of the U.S. Constitution and our Second Amendment rights, and we fully disagree with Dick’s Sporting Goods’ recent anti-Second Amendment actions.”

 

Springfield Armory:

Springfield Armory, which attended the National Rifle’s Association Annual Meeting, released a statement on its Facebook page detailing its decision to break off its business with Dick’s after hearing the news it would bring new lobbyists into the company.

 Part of its post reads,

“This latest action follows Dick’s Sporting Goods’ decision to remove and destroy all modern sporting rifles (MSR) from their inventory. In addition, they have denied Second Amendment rights to Americans under the age of 21. 

 We at Springfield Armory believe that all law-abiding American citizens of adult age are guaranteed this sacred right under our Constitution.”

 National Shooting Sports Foundation:

According to Beth Baumann at Townhall, the NSSF’s Board of Directors unanimously decided to remove Dick’s Sports Goods from the trade organization.

 The gun manufacturers’ move comes after the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) expelled Dick’s Sporting Goods from their organization.

 The NSSF announced last week that its Board of Directors voted unanimously to rescind Dick’s Sporting Goods membership from the trade organization. The decision came because Dick’s Sporting Goods made business decisions that are deemed “detrimental to the best interests of the Foundation,” the NSSF said in a press release.

 The NSSF’s decision comes after Dick’s Sporting Goods made the following decisions:

• CEO Edward W. Stack announced that the company hired a Washington, D.C.-based government affairs firm to lobby for gun control.
• Ending the sale of modern sporting rifles.
• Destroying the remainder of their modern sporting rifle inventory.
• Requiring rifle purchasers to be 21 years of age, although they only have to be 18 to legally buy.

The business war between gun manufacturers and retailers will be sure to continue as long as companies are caving to the anti-gun crowd.

  Gun manufacturers and gun owners aren’t going to stand for it.

Almost One-Third Of All Americans Think Civil War Is Coming!

Remember when talking about a potential civil war in this country was about the blacks rioting?

 Did you ever say “I see this coming.”

Considering how many people seem to think that’s in this country’s future these days, that has probably changed a good bit.

 31% of Likely U.S. Voters say it’s likely that the United States will experience a second civil war sometime in the next five years, with 11% who say it’s Very Likely!

 A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 59% consider a second civil war unlikely, but that includes only 29% who say it’s Not At All Likely. 

 Democrats (37%) are more fearful than Republicans (32%) and voters not affiliated with either major party (26%) that a second civil war is at hand.

 But 59% of all voters are concerned that aliens, muslums and others opposed to President Trump’s policies will resort to violence, with 33% who are Very Concerned.

 Thirty-seven percent (37%) don’t share that concern, including 16% who are Not At All Concerned.

53% are concerned that those critical of the biased media’s coverage of Trump will resort to violence, with 24% who are Very Concerned. 42% are not concerned about violence from media opponents, including 17% who are Not At All Concerned.

 In other words, most people don’t think it’ll happen, but less than a third are convinced it’s not going to happen.

I’m not sure how probable this is. I tend to think we’ve got a major blow coming. We’re way past due, in my opinion, which means we should all be a little conscious about that going forward.

 I do think no one is going to be let down by being ready. We’ve already seen groups of people in this country resort to violence in an effort to foist political change on people.

 The Antifa riots, for example, were nothing more than low-grade domestic terrorism. It’s not a leap for them to take it a step further, now is it?

 What else was the shooting of Rep. Steve Scalise but domestic terrorism? This was someone who resorted to violence to cause political change, the very definition of terrorism.

Is a civil war the same as domestic terrorism? -- Well, it can be. It’s a matter of scale, though. It’s about numbers. 

 The lone wolf domestic terrorist isn’t part of an army trying to change the United States government. He’s a schmuck who thinks his way is the only way.

 But if you get enough of those schmucks together, the potential for ugliness increases.

I can already see the comments. “We’d win. No problem,” and other variations on that theme.

 We probably would. We’d have the police and military on our side, most likely, and we’d have plenty of armed individuals ready to fight back as well. We’d hold the edge in most instances.

 That doesn’t mean it won’t get ugly, though. Fighting in our streets, assassinations, bombings, all things we’re used to seeing on the news…in other countries.

Frankly, I hope that 31% is wrong. I really do.

 Participants were organized by the far-left Women's March, whose radical leaders are active proponents of open borders. They arrived with silver space blankets in order to 'mimic' current conditions inside illegal alien detention facilities.

 OPINION: Bye Bye, Justice Kennedy, I Won’t Miss You!

To read the reaction to the news of Justice Anthony Kennedy’s retirement you would think something terrible has happened. It’s quite the contrary.

 The Economist said those who wanted the Supreme Court “to float above America’s partisan divide reacted with….dismay.

 The news website VOX said Kennedy was “one of the most powerful people in America for well over a decade,” and Think Progress said his retirement poses an “existential threat to many civil rights”. 

 I'm very very glad that Kennedy is no longer perched in his job for life in Washington!

While Kennedy may be remembered for the swing vote that legalized gay marriage or legitimized George Bush’s election. 

  I think his legacy case should be Planned Parenthood v. Casey in 1992. -- That was 'supposed' to be the case that rolled back Roe v. Wade and ended the bogus constitutional right to abortion.

 It was thought there was a majority in SCOTUS in favor, but to a lot of people’s surprise Kennedy voted with the liberals and abortion on demand remained. 

 Justice Kennedy didn’t even have the excuse of lack of knowledge that most Americans have when it comes to abortion. A few years ago I was like those Americans - I was “neutral” on abortion. It was between a woman, her doctor, and her conscience. It was a choice.? 

 And then as a journalist and filmmaker I started investigating the Kermit Gosnell story.  Described by ABC News as “America’s biggest serial killer,”

 Gosnell was a Pennsylvania abortion doctor who performed illegal abortions past the state’s 24-week limit. His abortion “technique” was to have the babies born alive and then to murder them by cutting their spinal cords with scissors.

 I read the trial transcripts - I even met the Doctor in prison and ...

 But the evidence that shocked me the most was the evidence that was supposed to reassure the most.

To highlight Gosnell’s illegality, prosecutors decided the jury should hear from “good abortionists” so they could distinguish between murder and a proper legal abortion. 

 That’s the evidence that got to me, it got to the jury, too.  

Two abortion doctors gave honest, graphic accounts, under-oath, of what they do, on a daily basis, legally, during state-of-the-art abortions. Their testimony is invaluable.  

 It was the industrial scale of the abortion industry that shocked the jury first. They gasped (the only time during a horrific trial) when Dr. Charles Benjamin matter-of-factly stated he had performed over 40,000 abortions.

 Dr. Karen Feisullin also testified, she described what a good legal abortion was like. The jury and many in the courtroom shifted uncomfortably as they heard about “tools going up into the uterus and basically pulling parts out . . . an arm or a leg or some portion of that”. 

 And those were the easy, early abortions. For later procedures, Dr. Feisullin explained the fetus was so well-formed that it couldn’t be ripped apart in the uterus. It was normally removed – through the birth canal – completely intact.

 But, as Feisullin explained, a baby born at 23 weeks has a 40-50 percent chance of surviving. To avoid a living, breathing baby coming out during an abortion, the doctor demonstrated how, before the abortion, a poison – potassium chloride – was injected through the woman’s stomach directly into the baby’s heart. This would stop the heartbeat, allowing the fetus to be pulled out intact.

 Dr. Feisullin was asked what would happen if she missed the heart and the baby was born alive. She explained that the living, breathing baby would be covered with a blanket and given “comfort care”.   

 You could see the genuine puzzlement of people in the court about what “comfort care” was until Dr. Feisullin cleared up any confusion. “You . . . really just keep it warm, you know. It will eventually pass,” she said.

 This is the 21st century progressive American Republic. A baby can be born alive in the land of the free, of the brave, and highly trained medical staff stand by waiting for it to die of thirst and hunger. 

 Justice Kennedy had the opportunity to stop millions of abortions and who knows how many deaths by “comfort care”. He did not. His 'legacy is siding with the liberal majority whose version of progress involves poisoning babies in the womb and then pulling them apart limb by limb.'

 It’s a terrible one.

The website VOX said “An America after Anthony Kennedy looks significantly different from America before”.

  I think the view looks decidedly better.

The Latest: College stabbing, police shooting leave 2 dead.

POMONA — The Latest on a stabbing and police shooting at a Southern Mexifornia college (all times local):

9:50 p.m.

 Authorities say a public security specialist at Cal Poly Pomona was stabbed to death in the driver's seat of his truck at the Mexifornia college.

 Los Angeles County sheriff's Lt. John Corina said Friday that Pomona and campus police later encountered the suspect in the killing and shot him to death. Authorities say a knife was found.

 The names of the two men who died haven't been released but Corina says witnesses told authorities the suspect was a campus custodian.

 There's no word on a motive for the attack. Investigators are trying to determine if the two men knew each other.

Cal Poly Pomona is about 35 miles east of Los Angeles.

6:23 p.m.

 Police say a parking officer at a Southern Mexifornia college has been killed and the suspect was fatally shot by police.

 Pomona Police Chief Michael Olivieri says on Twitter that a police parking officer was killed Friday at Cal Poly Pomona. He says a police officer fatally shot the suspect.

 The chief said that police do not believe there are any additional...

 A spokeswoman for the college said it was an "active, on-going investigation" but that police had determined there is no threat to the campus.

 Los Angeles County sheriff's homicide detectives were headed to the scene.

The public polytechnic university, east of Los Angeles, has more than 25,000 undergraduate and graduate students.

Here Are The Five Victims Of The Capital Gazette Shooting, And How The Paper Remembered Them.

On Thursday, 38-year-old Jarrod Ramos shot and killed five people at the offices of the Capital Gazette.

 Ramos had a long-standing feud with the publication dating back to 2011, suing The Capital in 2012 for defamation. The case was dismissed in court.

 He was identified through facial recognition technology because he had mutilated his fingertips.

Intern Anthony Messenger tweeted about the active shooter situation on Twitter.

 Police responded within a minute. The attack is one of the deadliest against journalists in American history. Even as this tragedy played out in their own office, the reporters of The Capital, unfazed, reported on their own shooting after law enforcement had evacuated the building. 

 The victims were Wendi Winters, Rebecca Smith, Robert Hiaasen, Gerald Fischmann, and John McNamara.

The Capital posted stories about each of their lost colleagues on Twitter.

As their social media account noted, Mr. Fischmann had a “dry wit” and a “wicked pen.”

 Mr. Hiaasen was known for his many contributions to the newsroom, but also for the mentorship he offered to younger reporters.

 John McNamara, among many things,  provided a knowledge bank for local sports teams.

 Rob Hiaasen’s wryly observant writing style and his generous mentoring of young journalists assured him of roles in several newsrooms, including the Capital Gazette.

 John McNamara was remembered by his colleagues for his flexibility, concise writing and extensive knowledge of regional sports.

 Rebecca Smith was a recent hire at the Capital Gazette but had already proved herself a valuable asset.

Democrats already losing their cookies in objection to Trump’s non-existent SCOTUS nominee.

President Trump has not even named a SCOTUS nominee yet, and the Democrats and liberal media are in full Fear Factor mode.

 They want to scare people into believing that anyone he nominates will be bad for the country.

Consider some of the scare tactics that have already.

 We’ll start with Chuck Schumer:

“If Republicans were consistent they would wait to consider Justice Kennedy’s successor until after the midterm elections.”

That’s not scary, it’s just not true.

 The practice has been during presidential election years, not midterm election years.

In fact, three of the current Justices were confirmed during midterm election years, according to Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.

 The Democrats are still hopeful that there will be a Democrat majority in the Senate after the November 2018 mid-term elections, so they can then force President Trump to nominate a liberal judge.

 Yes, there are plenty of activist judges out there. The Republicans should not wait to appease the Democrats. What have they done lately to appease Republicans? Nothing!

 elizabeth warren took it up a notch: “Donald Trump is not king. No one makes it to the Supreme Court without going through the United States Senate.”

 Unlike obuma, President Trump never claimed to be king, and you are not the queen.

By the way, you get one vote out of 100 in the Senate, and he gets one vote out of one as president.

I think he has a little more political leverage.

 warren also says it’s time for people to raise their voices: “Stop ripping babies out of the arms of their mothers!”

In addition to the fact that no one is doing that, what about ripping them out of the womb? It’s called abortion and you are fine with that.

 Not to be outdone, kamala harris declared that Trump’s SCOTUS pick will mean “the complete destruction” of the Constitution.

That’s a complete lie.

 Senator harris wants a SCOTUS that will ignore the Constitution and legislate from the bench, instead of someone who will interpret the Constitution to uphold the laws.

 This ideological difference between Democrats and Republicans has existed for decades.

Democrats are just getting more brazen about where they want this nation to go.

 Wow! Inconsistent Senate Republicans, which is not true!

A president who thinks he’s king, which he does not.

 Ripping babies out of the arms of their mothers, which is not true!

It is political hyperbole, while the border patrol is trying to enforce the immigration laws, which liberals ignore.

 Best of all, the Democrats are already going full-bore with these scare tactics against the nominee, and we don’t even have a nominee!

That’s scarier than the junk they are trying to get the public to believe.
