Lt Colonel Lakin, a patriotic, dedicated and decorated U.S. Army Officer & Medical Doctor, with 18 plus years in the United States Army, is a "POLITICAL PRISONER" of the evil USURPER, barack hussein obama, the U.S. Congress, SCOTUS, federal/state judges, the U.S. Military & the Joint Chiefs Of Staff BECAUSE ...
He (Lt Colonel Lakin) refused orders to Afghanistan based on the Constitution of the United States and his sworn oath as a U.S. Army Officer and Medical Doctor, questioned the eligibility of barack hussein obama to hold the office of the POTUS and CIC! Before he would accept the orders to Afghanistan, Lt Colonel Lakin requested barack hussein obama to produce proof, beyond any doubt, that he, barack hussein obama, is eligible to hold the office of the POTUS and CIC!      

To honor his commitment to the Constitution of the United States and his oath as a U.S. Army Officer and Medical Doctor, Lt Colonel Lakin accepted a GENERAL COURT MARTIAL, fully expecting the GENERAL COURT MARTIAL BOARD to allow his legal council/attorney be granted a request for "IMMEDIATE DISCLOSURE" of all of barack hussein obama's records, which would produce proof, beyond any doubt, the eligibility/ineligibility of barack hussein obama to hold the office of the POTUS and CIC! The "IMMEDIATE DISCLOSURE" of all of barack hussein obama's records was denied by this "KANGAROO GENERAL COURT MARTIAL BOARD" for the following reason: "IT COULD PROVE EMBARRASING FOR THE POTUS"!!

 
         
Lt Colonel Lakin, sentenced by a "KANGAROO GENERAL COURT MARTIAL BOARD" to serve a six (6) month prison sentence, loss of all pay & allowances, promotion to Colonel and his retirement "for honoring his military oath and the Constitution of the United States", spent his 2010 Christmas/2011 New Year imprisoned in the Ft. Leavenworth, Ks Detention Center!

MILITARY OFFICER OATH:

As you can see, the officer does not swear to obey the orders of the President. They only have an obligation to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic (for example, a presidential USURPER).
 

Our forefathers were so brilliant to foresee a situation like we find ourselves in now. The officer oath is a safeguard to protect the Constitution against a corrupt elected government. Officers only have an obligation to defend the Constitution. Military officers have a lot of legal clout when it comes to Constitutional matters. The officer oath does not mention following the UCMJ laws as does the enlisted oath.

The Chief Justice Of the Supreme Court and each Supreme Court Justice takes the following oath:

The second, the Judicial Oath of Office, originated with the Judiciary Act of 1789 and continues as a requirement under 28 USC § 453, but was amended slightly in 1990:

"I, _________, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as _________ under the Constitution and laws of the United States. So help me God."

The original text "according to the best of my abilities and understanding, agreeably to the Constitution" was replaced with the less ambiguous "under the Constitution."

On occasion, the Constitution and Judicial Oaths are combined and taken at the same time.

 

  

BE ADVISED ... Patriot Lt colonel Lakin is not allowed to receive mail or visitors unless the sender/caller is on a Ft Leavenworth Detention Center approved mail/visitor list.
      
Sunday 26 December 2010, I drove to Ft Leavenworth with the intention of visiting with Lt Colonel Lakin at the "U.S. Disciplinary Barracks". There are two disciplinary barracks on the base, both located approx 2 miles inside the main gate, with approx one mile separation between the two. Weekend visiting hours are 0800 to 1100 & 1300 to 1600.
 
The explanation I got from a soldier stationed there was, the first barracks is for prisoners with 5 or more years time to do. The second barracks (one mile away) is for prisoners with less than 5 years time to do. This soldier was good enough to lead me to the detention barracks and area, not sure I could've found my way by verbal directions from the main gate.
 
Lt Colonel Lakin is an inmate in the second barracks (less than 5 years time to do). I showed my military ID card to the MP at the desk and told him I was there to visit with Lt Colonel Terrance Lakin. I was asked, "who I was there to see" (two differenI times) and each time I repeated "Lt Colonel Lakin". This MP, called someone telling them I was there to visit with "Terrance", no last name, just "Terrance".

I was asked if I was a family member, I said no, that I was a "Patriot" and that he doesn't know me personally. By this time I was beginning to get real upset with their attitude and their addressing of patriot & hero. Lt Colonel lakin as "Terrance"!
 
About 15 minutes later a MSgt MP came to the desk asking again, "who I was there to see". Once again I repeated "Lt colonel Lakin", always using his rank in all responses/conversation with them. The conversation with the unconcerned MSgt MP was ...
MSgt MP: You can't see him (no reason).
Me: Why not?
MSgt MP: He's still being processed.
Me: I've driven over 450 miles (R/T) and would like to visit with him.
MSgt MP: Same answer, no he's still being processed.
Me: There are thousands of very concerned American citizens interested in patriot Lt Colonel Lakins' welfare, me included!
MSgt MP: He's still being processed and you must be on an approved "visitors list" by "Terrance".
Me: How do I get on his approved "visitors list"?
MSGT MP: He has to add your name.
Me: Would you tell him I was here to visit and would like to have him add my name to the list?
MSgt MP: No!
Me: I made a few choice comments regarding the traitorous USURPER obama being free to roam while patriot and hero Lt Colonel Lakin is locked up! I then left the building.
 
On my way back to the main gate, just past the first detention barracks, I was stopped for questioning (approx 30 minutes) by Leavenworth Base Security. The MSgt MP called security after I left, telling them that he, MSgt MP, told me to leave and I wouldn't do it. I made it very clear why I was on the base and that the MSgt MP never did ask me to leave. I was also able to express my concerns regarding patriot & hero Lt Colonel Lakin's imprisonment while the TRAITOROUS USURPER obama roams free etc. He listened to my short soap box speech and sent me on my way, back to Wichita, Ks.
 
That's how my visit with Lt Colonel Lakin turned out, NO VISIT! There's NO DOUBT in my mind that Lt Colonel Lakins' "visitor list" will be very short! There's no doubt in my mind that Lt Colonel Lakin is a "POLITICAL PRISONER" of the evil USURPER, barack hussein obama, the U.S. Congress, SCOTUS, federal/state judges, the U.S. Military & the Joint Chiefs Of Staff!
 
MY DEMANDS & THE DEMANDS OF MILLIONS OF AMERICAN CITIZENS TO YOU ARE ...
1. Immediately rectify/correct/make right, the irresponsible "KANGAROO GENERAL COURT MARTIAL BOARD'S" careless, devil-may-care sentence & miscarriage of justice, imposed on Lt Colonel Lakin, by immediately exonerating him of all charges & specs and, immediate release from the Ft Leavenworth Detention Center.
ANSWER THE DEMAND WITH EITHER A "YES OR NO"!

2. Immediately reinstate Lt Colonel Lakin to the rank of Lt Colonel! Lt Colonel Lakin's reinstatement to Lt Colonel is to include: all back pay, allowances and any or all other monetary costs caused by the careless, devil-may-care "KANGAROO GENERAL COURT MARTIAL BOARD'S" imprisonment of Lt Colonel Lakin! These costs are to be determined by Lt Colonel Lakin & his family only, not by the government, and immediately paid without question to Lt Colonel Lakin.
ANSWER THE DEMAND WITH EITHER A "YES OR NO"!

3. Immediately promote Lt Colonel T. Lakin to the rank of Colonel T. Lakin, the rank he was selected for prior to the careless, devil-may-care "KANGAROO GENERAL COURT MARTIAL BOARD'S" sentence/imprisonment of Lt Colonel Lakin.
ANSWER THE DEMAND WITH EITHER A "YES OR NO"!

4. Immediately charge the careless, devil-may-care "KANGAROO GENERAL COURT MARTIAL BOARD" AND ALL U.S. MILITARY OFFICERS INVOLVED" in this miscarriage of justice, with dereliction of duty, dishonoring their sworn U.S. Military oaths. These careless, devil-may-care "KANGAROO GENERAL COURT MARTIAL BOARD MEMBERS" AND ALL U.S. MILITARY OFFICERS INVOLVED" to be IMMEDIATELY relieved of duty, arrested and confined while awaiting their GENERAL COURT MARTIAL!
ANSWER THE DEMAND WITH EITHER A "YES OR NO"!

5. The "GENERAL COURT MARTIAL BOARD" to find the defendants (the careless, devil-may-care "KANGAROO GENERAL COURT MARTIAL BOARD MEMBERS" AND ALL U.S. MILITARY OFFICERS INVOLVED") GUILTY and sentenced as follows: to immediately serve a six (6) month prison sentence in the Ft. Leavenworth, Ks Detention Center, forfeiture of all pay & allowances, U.S. Military retirement pay and dismissal from the United States Military Armed Forces!
