From my research, my understanding is that when it's proven that Obama is illegally POTUS and is removed (hopefully thrown in prison), Biden would be acting prez (unless he's shown to be complicit) only until a new election and someone who is qualified takes over. All of Obama's appointments (Geithner, Napolitano, etc) would be removed, everything he's signed would be null and void (executive orders, bills, etc) plus any members of congress shown to be complicit (hopefully at least Pelosi) would also be removed. They have spent very little of the unstimulus (only 5% so far) and Omnibus, what isn't out the door yet would be frozen. I don't think we have time to wait until new elections in 2010 so it seems to me that this would be a very good thing to pursue and it would cancel all the chit he's done so far.

Orly Taitz www.orlytaitzesq.com/blog1/ has a lawsuit/writ that she gave to certain judges of the SC, FBI, etc, etc plus she gave a quo warranto to the US Att'y of DC Jeff Taylor (a good guy). Taylor had a 40 day deadline to file it and was legally obligated to do so but just before the deadline, out of the blue, he resigned his position and now Obama will get to name his replacement...Dr. Taitz is now also trying to find proof that Taylor was forced out (duh) plus she has to start over as far as the quo warranto with the replacement. I believe her actions are the most likely to succeed and I don't think she will ever give up until she gets her day in court, somehow, some way. She is asking people to contact the US Att'y of DC office to demand they act on the quo warranto. I don't know who the new guy will be but their contact page is www.usdoj.gov/usao/dc/Contact_Us/index.html so I urge all of you to contact them about this. Go dig around at her site, link above, all sorts of interesting info there including lists of many, many addresses and social security numbers for the usurper illegally in office and ruining our country.

Many lawsuits around this issue have been dismissed but there are still many pending. Grand juries in several states have met and voted to indict, go to http://americangrandjury.org/ for more info. WND is putting up "where's the birth certificate" billboards. Obama was never properly vetted which is a constitutional duty of congress...a lawsuit against congress has recently been filed. He showed his Certificate of Live Birth which doesn't prove he was born in Hawaii and has been shown to be forged. He paid almost a million dollars to seal everything else. Even if he could prove he was born in HI, he still wouldn't be eligible because he had dual citizenship. He went to a school in Indonesia which was open only to Indonesian citizens and he must have had an Indonesian passport when he visited Pakistan because it was at a time when Americans were not allowed into Pakistan. There is a LOT of action on this and STILL the media doesn't give it the time of day. I think we also need to pressure the media to report on this and to KEEP reporting on this to keep the pressure on Obama to prove he's legally the POTUS (which obviously he can't do)! We could also be pressuring congress and senate and SC and DOJ and FBI and state attorney generals, etc, etc demanding that they DO THEIR JOBS...they work for us and WE THE PEOPLE HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW OUR POTUS IS LEGAL!!! C'mon people, get on board with this...writing about individual bills and how to vote isn't working but THIS might just be the one thing that could save our country! We could also hold rallies at SC in DC plus courthouses, etc nationwide around this issue (while we still have freedom of assembly). I really believe this is the way to go and we should focus on this issue, what say you?
