U. S. Supreme Court docket has been "updated" in the Leo Donofrio Case!!!

As of 2:15 PM, Nov. 18, the US Supreme Court docket has been updated and the renewed application for an emergency stay of the 2008 national election is apparently now before The Honorable Associate Justice Clarence Thomas.

I'm sure the people would want to know.

Please be assured that I am "putting together" my "response" to your questions tonight, and I will answer them tomorrow. I just want to be truthful, and exact!

But I will tell you that I have NEVER seen "bias" out of Supreme Court Associate Justice Clarence Thomas ~ Ever!! He is truly a Conservative, and a good man, and a very good Constitutionalist ~ one whom I admire.

Senator Ted "Teddy" Kennedy fought "teeth-and-toenail" against this good man, trying to keep him from sitting upon the highest court in the land.

Associate Justice Thomas is fair and honest ~ and a great American!!

Okay, this is good news. But tell me, even though Justice Thomas is conservative, do you think he will be biased because Obama is also a black man? Sorry for even going there... I am a doubting Thomas... Also, what about the justice that is to hear Berg;s plea? Can't remember,is it Souter? What is his leanings? How many justices hear Bergs case or any of the cases?

I just want to hear that Justice Thomas wants to see Obama's original "vault" birth certificate. While he is looking at that - maybe someone can ask him to take a look at Obama's select service registration!
