Why Is The Writ of Habeus Corpus Still Suspended?

  As far as I know the Writ of Habeus Corpus is still suspended under the guise of National Security in regards to the Patriot Act, and possibly some of the Homeland Security Charter Sections. I guess no one in power really cares that The Constitution Forbids Suspending That Writ! I also wonder why the Supreme Court has not been petitioned to rule on the Constitutionality of that suspension.

  With the Writ of Habeus Corpus suspended the Government can and is be able to suspend the first Ten Amendments. That's right folks the Government can now suspend the Bill of Rights at their discretion on a case by case basis. I kind of wonder why no one has petitioned the Supreme Court to rule on the Constitutionality of the Classified sections of the Patriot Act and sections of the Homeland Security Charter concerning their intrusive powers?

  I think we should all petition our own States Atty. Generals to do these things in support of our Constitutional Freedoms. Government Agents can now use their own handwritten search warrants, to search anything or anywhere they deem to come under the terrorist venue, without oversight by a Court. They do not have to show probable or even reasonable cause to a judge anymore, and that negates the right we had to be secure in our own homes.

  They can forbid the person being served with the warrant from telling anyone anything about the warrant ,and even that there was a warrant. They can even prevent that person from testifying about that warrant in court under oath, or that person can be immediately arrested and held incommunicado. Supposedly these rules apply only to suspected Terrorists but there is nothing to stop them from being used on anyone or anything else. How long until they decide to come for everyone who is fighting to restore the Republic and stop the Socialist takeover.
