ISIS is not the problem for Europe or the US if Russia and China weren't pulling the strings on Iran and therefore ISIS could be managed by a small brigade of marines, except Russia, China, North Korea and Iran won't sit idle and let that happen. There lies the problem. We can manage a terrorist threat, but we can't manage what the big powers can do, or can all of Europe.
