Trump on Kashich: 'This was the man that was a managing general partner at Lehman Brothers'
Just about every pre-debate warm-up analysis predicted it would be a make-or-break debate for the second-tier Republican candidates… and it was. All four were aided enormously by the horrible amateur-hour of CNBC’s moderators, who should be looking for new jobs after their ridiculous performance, spewing Democrat National Committee talking points disguised as questions and talking over the candidates.
Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia told an audience at Santa Clara University in Silicon Valley that the Supreme Court is “liberal,” not conservative–and that its views herald “the destruction of our democratic system.”
On October 28, Democrat Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-CT), Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), and Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT) introduced legislation to close a non-existent “background check loophole.”
GOP presidential candidate and former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum is expanding his campaign, particularly in Iowa, as many others in the GOP field are cutting back.

Donald Trump was in Nevada today and spoke to a large crowd at the Nugget Casino Resort. At the beginning of his talk, he asked the crowd if they watched the CNBC debate last night, eliciting cheers.
When he asked the crowd who won the debate, the answer came back, “You!”
As Jim Hoft reported this morning, Trump won big in post-debate polls.
CBS News in Nevada reported:
Republican Presidential Candidate Donald Trump Speaks in Sparks
Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump spoke at the Nugget Casino Resort in Sparks Thursday afternoon.
Trump touched on issues like Iran and its nuclear deal, the economy and national debt, unemployment, taxes, immigration, health care, fellow GOP presidential candidate Mike Huckabee and newly selected Speaker of the House Paul Ryan.
While discussing job creation, he said, “I will be the greatest jobs president that God ever created.”
After his speech, he took questions from the crowd on topics like Israel, small business regulations, education and not taking a salary if elected president, instead possibly donating that money to the Wounded Warriors Project. When asked about marijuana, he said medical marijuana should happen, but then leaving the issue up to states for legalizing recreational marijuana.
When asked about a possible running mate, maybe a woman, he said the decision “is too soon” to make on who that candidate would be.

Hillary Clinton’s new thing is to laugh at everything so that she appears to be having fun on the campaign trail, but she’s taking the act way overboard in a not-yet-released interview.
The Washington Free Beacon clipped part of the interview into this hilarious Vine:
We get it Hillary, you love to laugh. Can you stop now? Please?

A student in California was forced to turn his shirt inside-out because the image on the front was based on the California state flag and filled in with the colors of the American flag.
The school claimed the image was gang related.
FOX News reports:
California student forced to remove American flag shirt deemed ‘gang related’
A 12-year-old California honors student violated his school’s dress code for wearing a patriotic T-shirt administrators claim is “gang related,” Fox 40 reported Tuesday.
Dustin Cole, a student at Yuba Gardens Intermediate school in Olivehurst, arrived home last week wearing the T-shirt his mom had bought him inside out, according to the station.
Lori Carpenter said she questioned her son, who told her he received a dress code violation for wearing the shirt, which Carpenter recently bought at Kohl’s. She said she liked the shirt’s American flag design and blue color for her son.
“He said he was ‘dress coded’ at school because the stars were gang related,” Carpenter told Fox 40.
The shirt includes a red star in the corner with the number 31, and “California” is printed underneath the American flag design, which appears in the shape of a bear. California was admitted as the 31st state in 1850.
A school official, however, said the red star on the shirt blurs the line between free speech and safety, Fox 40 reported. The star, the school said, is often associated with the Norteno gang.
This sort of madness isn’t new.
Earlier this month, a student in Oregon was told to remove his t-shirt which featured a battlefield cross.

Why does FOX News continue to prop up Jeb Bush?
From a trusted conservative leader:
You know Jim, I’m watching Bill O’Reilly, Brit Hume and Bret Baier tonight keep discussing Jeb Bush. It’s pathetic??!!! If he was any other candidate without the name “Bush” they would have written him off after the last debate. The fact that they keep trying to resuscitate this wimp just truly shows how out of touch they really are with the voters, the conservative base and their predictions. GIVE IT UP BOYS!!!
Even the Politico and Weekly Standard are cutting Jeb off:
"Jeb ... looked small. Rubio crushed him ... destroyed him." http://politi.co/1XA1YUG | Getty

The ladies of The View spent some time today attacking Carly Fiorina for her performance in the CNBC debate. One host said her face looked demented. Another Said that her face would make a good Halloween mask.
Here’s the funny part: Back in September, these same hypocrites attacked Donald Trump for saying something about Carly Fiorina’s appearance.
It’s different when they do it.
They were so obnoxious in their attack on Fiorina that she was defended by CNN.
Mediaite reports:
CNN’s Baldwin Calls Out The View for Double Standard on Fiorina’s Looks
The hosts of The View today “angered” CNN’s Brooke Baldwin when they talked about Carly Fiorina‘s looks, and the CNN anchor called them out for it.
Reacting to last night’s debate, the morning show hosts riffed a bit on Fiorina’s face at last night’s Republican debate, with Michelle Collins saying she looked “demented” and Joy Behar joking, “I wish it was a Halloween mask.”
