A new report by the Center for Immigration Studies found there is a record 42.1 million Americans in the United States today.

Democrats need the new voters–
42 million

The Washington Examiner reported:

A new analysis of legal and illegal immigrant counts by the Census Bureau revealed Thursday that there is a record 42.1 million in the United States, an explosion that is being driven by Mexicans flooding across the border.

In a report provided to Secrets by the Center for Immigration Studies, the total immigrant population surged 1.7 million since 2014. The growth was led in the last year by an additional 740,000 Mexican immigrants.

The 42.1 million tabulated by Census in the second quarter represent over 13 percent of the U.S. population, the biggest percentage in 105 years.

What’s more, the numbers of immigrants coming and going from the U.S. is actually higher since many return home every years, said the report. “For the immigrant population to increase by one million means that significantly more than one million new immigrants must enter the country because some immigrants already here return to their homeland each year and natural mortality totals 250,000 annually,” said the Center.

Then there’s this– 80% of California illegal immigrant families live in poverty and need government assistance.

European ‘Refugee’ Activists Concerned About Paris Massacre Backlash Against Migrants (Video)

Leftwing refugee activists are very concerned about backlash following the Paris ISIS massacre.

There are many concerns that outrage over the slaughter of innocent Parisians will be aimed at refugees and migrants traveling through Europe.

** Up to 1.5 million mostly Muslim migrants are expected in Germany alone this year.

Obama adviser: Refugee plan proceeding despite Paris attacks

President Obama still plans to allow 10,000 Syrian refugees into the country over the next year, despite terrorist attacks in Paris, at top aide said Sunday.

“We’re still planning on taking in Syrian refugees,” White House Deputy National Security Adviser Ben Rhodes said on “Fox News Sunday.” “We had very robust vetting procedures for those refugees.”

“There are women and children, orphans of this war, and I think we need to do our along with our allies to provide them a safe haven,” he added.

Rhodes said France should take the lead in how to respond to the attacks that left 129 dead in Paris on Friday. At least one of the Paris terrorists reportedly entered France by posing as a migrant.

“I think we would stand shoulder to shoulder with France in whatever decision they make,” he said. “In any case, we’re going to be cooperating with them militarily going forward.”

Rhodes said he does not envision a U.S. ground campaign in Syria.

“We do not believe that there is a solution to the challenge in Syria or Iraq that involves significant numbers of U.S. combat troops going in,” he said.

The White House adviser said he expects the U.S. to continue air strikes and other activities in the region.

“I think what you are going to see is continued intensification of the air campaign, the type of leadership strikes that we’ve taken in recent days, as against Jihadi John in Syria, more direct equipment and arming of opposition forces that are fighting on the ground in both Syria and Iraq,” he said.

Top Dem: ISIS has adapted, eyeing attacks against US

Greg Nash

Islamic extremists have successfully adapted to international efforts designed to defeat them, according to the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, opening the door to a deadly new phase in the group's evolution.

“The reality is even the best intelligence will not stop a determined enemy that adapts to our defenses,” Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) said on “ABC’s This Week” on Sunday. “And ISIS has adapted.”

The comments followed the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria's (ISIS) devastating killings of 129 people across Paris on Friday night.

The extremist group’s surprising success in carrying out the violence comes on the heels of successful bombings in Beirut a day before, as well as last month’s downing of a Russian plane in Egypt. ISIS claimed responsibility for both events, signaling that the group is dramatically expanding its scope beyond the narrow slice of the Middle East that it controls.

Similar attacks appear inevitable, Schiff said on Sunday, unless global efforts are successful to root out the group from the chaos created by the civil war in Syria.

“The implications are this is not just an intelligence failure; it's a failure also of a coalition campaign," he said, "because we have allowed ISIS to have sanctuary in Syria and Iraq, with too much time to plan and plot, too much resources to be directed against us.”

“We are a harder target, a harder target to reach, but we know that ISIS aspires to attack us here in the United States as well.”

Friday’s string of shootings and bombings in Paris has further vexed the Obama administration’s efforts to fight ISIS, and led to new scrutiny on the apparent failings of its strategy.

The comments from Schiff — a Democrat — calling for a more robust effort to dismantle the organization signal a growing bipartisan frustration with the current policy of airstrikes and support for rebels and neighboring governments fighting the group.

“We're going to have to further constrain its space,” Schiff said.

SINJAR, IRAQ - NOVEMBER 15: A Kurdish Peshmerga soldier passes by tires set afire days before by ISIL extremists to hinder airstrikes on November 15, 2015 in Sinjar, Iraq. Kurdish forces, with the aid of months of U.S.-led coalition airstrikes, liberated the town from ISIL extremists, known in Arabic as Daesh, in recent days. Although many minority Yazidis celebrated the victory, their home city of Sinjar lay in complete ruins. Local Yazidi fighters who fought with Kurdish forces and some former residents have been taking any salvagable items out of the rubble, the town being uninhabitable and perilously close to the frontline.
