Lets watch the news spin this Patriotic event. ...This is exactly how you use our second amendment to protect the whole bill of rights. Defending the Constitution has got to the point of necessary show downs. IMO, these people are Patriots and I will support them.I hope everyone does their homework and not listen to the Media...Get the facts and make your own opinion. ..The Media will try and do the he said she said act. Only allow what you hear straight from the horses mouth to form an opinion...If you want to help I suggest you donate to your local Oathkeeper chapter.Or Sons of Liberty chapter.I do believe they will be sending representatives to Oregon and may need some funds for operations.

I cannot for the life of me understand why anyone would support these actions. We are a country of laws and if you don't like what is happening you use the law to challenge whoever is causing you unjust. If you lose that battle and you think the law was wrong then changing the law is the next step. Declaring war in never the solution.

Jack, Your kind of logic is exactly what has allowed politicians to tear at the constitution. If you are not willing to fight to protect the rule of law. Then evil people will manipulate laws to use to their greed with in. That is the same attitude that allowed Hitler to rise in power.

I am not following this logic Kevin, the federal land belongs to the government and of course, we control the government. Where am I missing the point? What part of the constitution gives the right of property to the citizen which they do not legally own?

Jack , It is obvious you do not have the same knowledge I have about these situations, Here is a video that might help explain how this situation has got to be what it is. Knowledge is key, Please do not take me saying this as a insult.I was dumb about these things before I researched. But the difference is that I research things before I speak on them. I may not have all the knowledge you have on this subject but I am a simple person. The land belongs to the government, not the rancher. He never owned the land so why should he have the rights to the land? Just because his family was able to use the land for many decades does not give him the rights to continue for ever and ever. I am sure there is a workable solution to this problem but using force on either side is not the answer. I listen to the tape and it provided no information that would change my view.

Jack , You have your opinion and thats fine by me.I am thinking you like big government. Which is also fine by me. Someone has to love big government., But it for sure is not me. Our constitution was devised to keep government small .So I will defend it , and you can thank the Patriots for your freedom later if you wish.

I am not in favor of big or small government Kevin, I am in favor of an effective government. Whenever I begin to lose my liberty unjustly, I will take the actions necessary to change that dynamic. At this point in my life, I have not experienced any liberty shortfall that I feel is not justified. Our constitution was devised to have the means to adapt to all new conditions American citizens would face. That is the beauty of the founders, they knew they could not possibly envision all the changes that would take place over time but they had the foresight to construct the constitution to allow for the people to make the necessary changes.

This explains it in a nut shell Jack, If you can not see that what Is happening in Oregon is necessary to stop the government. Rand Paul is the only one who speaks about these things and is devoted to Change Washington. He is being swept under the carpet by the main stream media because he is the right man to do it..We the people need to wake up to what are the important issue`s.Without the Constitution being intact, we are done.You want to fix it by elections, Than We The People need to stop being useful idiots like they are in every election. Stay away from the cool aide stands that all career politicians set up.

I understand your position Jack.

As long as the jurisdictional authority (feds in this case) remains legitimate all citizens have a duty to abide by law. That means that authority must also CLEARLY follow all laws and constraints enumerated in the legal code and founding documents.

Legitimacy is paramount, without it nothing remains but force and fear of tyranny.

It is also what this government has willfully and with malice of forethought abandoned over the generations until nothing remained but force and fear.

Personally I am sick of fear, in myself and others, it is a sickness. No longer will I participate in it's propagation and will instead encourage the facing of what awaits us with the determination that only free minds display.

One does well to remember that in Germany it was legal to imprison Jews, but in America it was vastly illegal to imprison the Japanese yet both went to camps. Both illegitimate, both deserving of armed resistance. To our shame we did not.

Legitimacy my friend is not something that is granted by law and gun, it is only granted by the people and maintained by character. 

So in this case I withhold any word against those folks.

As for the Feds... screw em, just thugs in suits.
