Obama and Planned Parenthood Killing Two White Babies Every Minute

Big Abortion butchers over a million babies a year - 2 babies a minute.

Now the abortion industry wants you to pay for it to murder babies.

Planned Parenthood and its pro-abortion political allies are trying to repeal a law that bars your tax dollars from directly funding abortion.

Cheating the system to rake in half a billion of your tax dollars (using it against us in court) isn’t enough. Its political allies - bought and paid for with blood money - will stop at nothing to force you to pay for abortion.

But we will stop the abortion industry.

Today we’re launching a brand new legal advocacy campaign to stop this dastardly effort. We are aggressively fighting in Congress and in courts across America in some of the biggest pro-life cases in the nation.

We can win, but we can’t do it without your support. Right now every tax-deductible gift will be doubled through our August Matching Challenge. And you’ll get instant access to our new movie “Abortion Inc.” exposing Big Abortion’s lies.

Chip in $5 to stop paying for murder.

Double Your Impact: $5 Becomes $10. $20 Becomes $40.

to win this battle you must first write a law that defines human life at it's initial stage. Then you must write a law that forbids the termination of any human life under any circumstance. Unless that human was was trying to end your life (not planning but actually making the effort to end your life) That would eliminate every argument there is to abort a child for any reason, but it will also eliminate capital punishment, the rights of law enforcement to use deadly force unless it was being used against them and no declarations of war would be allowed.

Or go back & not Write law but apply law per the constitution.

Even many scholars sympathetic to the results of Roe have issued harsh criticisms of its legal reasoning. In the Yale Law Journal, eminent legal scholar John Hart Ely, a supporter of legal abortion, complained that Roe is “bad constitutional law, or rather … it is not constitutional law and gives almost no sense of an obligation to try to be.”

I agree but John Hart Ely does not decide what is constitutional law and neither do you or I. Only the SCOTUS makes that call.

The USSC has no mandate of the people to do so.

Marberry v Madison is of course a lie, why that power grab was allowed to stand, this makes one question the intent of the framers who were all still around at that time.

If it was the intent all along they have that authority where are words pronouncing such?

Uncharacteristic in the extreme is it not?
