Ethnicity, Race, or Religion, should not enter into it when there is criminal behaviour. A Crime is a Crime for all races. I don't see where they government can tack on "Hate Crime" to any crime committed against any race by any race. That is double jeopardy, cruel and unusal punishment, and it destroys the Equality under the Law the Constitution demands.
