NYPost Shows FBI Investigating Agents Report Refutes Cormey's Recommendation About Hillary

The latest released FBI report indicates that Hillary Clinton is either clueless to the concept of National Security, or holds it in contempt feeling she has the right to do as she pleases in regards to the established Laws,rules and regulations. The report disclosed that Hillary did not know that a "C" in her e-mail header designated the e-mail had a Confidential Classification. The report shows that the FBI investigation showed 81 "Classified" E-mail contacts and 8 of those were "Top Secret". It also found that Hillary had used 13 unsecured Mobile devices of which some were destroyed and some went missing in usable condition with their memories open to examination.

The report touched on Hillary's ability to understand the process and necessity for Classification of certain types of information with this conclusion;  “Clinton could not give an example of how classification of a document was determined.” And, in one example, she didn’t even realize that “deliberation over a future drone strike” — a highly classified issue — was “cause for concern regarding classification.” The report also touches on the actions of Hillary after the news of her private unsecured server became public. The FBI determined she and her aides tried to eradicate all of her records and files compiled on the server and in addition deliberately did not turn over 17,448 work e-mails to State or the FBI.

One of the conclusions by the FBI investigators was; The indication that Hillary's goal was to elude the FOIA laws when she learned from reliable sources that she might be leaving a recoverable record of her actions which could become public knowledge under the FOIA Act.

Another conclusion came from the interview where she told the FBI investigators she could not recall ANY State Dept. Training or Warnings about Retaining Records, Handling Classified Information, Security Protocols and Regulations on E-Mails.  the fact of that matter is; She was the Boss and as the Boss she was legally required to know ALL the rules,regulations,and laws, concerned with protecting the Nations secrets and hiring qualified aides who also knew those Rules and Regulations not to mention Laws. However it was agreed on by the investigators that she hired enablers who protected her secrets and not the Nations Secrets.

The final conclusion of the investigators differed from what FBI Chief Cormey stated as "behaviour that was extremely careless with no intent to break the law". The agents who were charged with the investigation concluded; she simply did not care about what the law demanded of her in the capacity of Secretary of State. >

The report submitted by the agents, refutes Cormey's statements and considers Hillary's behaviour as Criminally Reckless.

Excerpts from article;

The latest information (dug up by the NY Post) is that she continued to send classified info over that unsecured server after she left her Foggy Bottom office to begin campaigning for POTUS full time.

On May 28, 2013, months after stepping down as secretary of state,Clinton sent an email to a group of diplomats and top aides about the “123 Deal” with the United Arab Emirates.

How di the Post know it was classified? State Redacted parts of it and would not have done so if it was not classified. The RNC got it heavily redacted in an FOIA suit. Screen shot of the e-mail shows it will be declassified in 2033.

It is believed that Clinton sent over 2000 e-mails over the unsecured devices and server and it did not end when she left office as the above e-mail shows. That is proof that Hillary does not feel compelled to be restrained by any laws or regulations, indicated by the cavalier way she exposed secrets with disregard for truth or National Security. 

What damage could she do if she became President with the ability to declassify anything critical to our National Safety and Security?
