Yes, Donald Trump has been elected President, but the situation America faces is just as dire as it was before November 8th, 2016.  The accumulated difficulties that have piled up over the last 100 years are not going to go away in a Trump four-year term.  A sagging economy, illegal immigration, globalism, the death spiral of Obama Care, radical environmentalism, eroding property rights, out-of-control federal bureaucracies, an insane energy policy, political correctness, public school socialist indoctrination, a widening racial gap, run-away welfare, a non-existent foreign policy with our friends AND our enemies and the lack of a strategy to defeat radical Islam will still be with us.  It remains to be seen whether Trump can do all of the things he says he would do.  He will be up against a high percentage of the electorate that considers him to be their enemy.  Huge protests and riots exploded in big cities all over America the day after the election.  
 
Democrats will do everything in their power to see that he doesn't complete any of his goals.  Fortunately, the Democrats did not take the Senate, but they will try to block him nevertheless.  It is further quite possible that in four years, Trump will be replaced with a Democrat and the House and Senate will revert to a Democrat majority.  We have gone past the point of no return where socialist-Democrats in large urban cities have the majority of the votes.  (See "Big Cities Spawn Corrupt Socialists Like Hillary Clinton")  They didn't come out in large numbers this election, but they surely will in the next.  For all intent and purposes the conservative ideology has become essentially impotent.  It might survive for four years under Trump, but don't expect it to be around much longer than that.  We guarantee you that the Progressives will have their way in the end.  There are just too many of them and they have the votes.
 
But behind the scenes there are millions of Americans that are more than just tired of over 100 years of expanding Progressive rule, double dealings, backroom conspiracies, political racketeering, international entanglements, collusion and corruption at all levels of government.  They are furious.  Government has become the master, not the servant as it was intended to be.  Those millions of angry Americans are itching to set things right, once and for all and by any means.  All it will take is a "FLASH POINT" to set off a violent chain of events.
 
America was born out of a "flash point", the Revolutionary War.  We confronted the bully of King George the third of England in a bold act of courage and in violent open revolt against British rule.  When the nation was about to become divided by states' rights and slavery, America was altered again by another "flash point", the Civil War.  Brother fought against brother and sons fought against fathers.  The loss of life has never been equaled in any other contemporary war and the festering and lingering animosity from that "flash point", exists even today.
 
Then the bullies of Europe and the Empire of Japan erupted onto the world stage in the two "flash points" of war in the Twentieth Century.  America responded to those "flash points" at great cost, saved the world from dictators and tyranny and freed over a billion people.  The sacrifice of those American heroes from both World Wars was and is immeasurable.
 
During the time between the two World Wars, another "flash point" began to alter American principles of freedom, liberty and unalienable, individual rights, to a point now, where all three are in serious jeopardy.  Reacting to the Great Depression, another narcissistic President, over-enamored with his place in history, began to unravel the constitutional rights, protections and guarantees of the American individual.  The Bill of Rights contained in the first 10 Amendments to the Constitution was not enough for this president.  He expanded the Bill of Rights to include a whole series of social rights that were invented out of whole cloth without any regard to their constitutionality.  His actions were fully supported and sanctioned by a left-leaning U. S. Congress and an FDR-packed U. S. Supreme Court who ignored their oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.  This openly Progressive "flash point" that started in the early 1930's, may have altered America to such an extent that returning to a Constitutional Republic may never be achieved except by revolution.  The real America, the vision of our Founding Fathers, started dying when the people succumbed to the siren call of "I'm From the Government and I'm Here to Help!
 
If you have been paying attention to the pulse of the nation on all of the different issues that present themselves, you will get a deepening sense of rising anger, frustration and open hostility to government.  That anger cries out with the words, "..... let's go get those guys that are abusing the Hell out of us and shredding our cherished Constitution."
 
Ladies and gentlemen, in its history there is evidence all over America of people saying enough is enough and pushing back against government tyranny, corruption and little tin Gods, like the Clintons.  One such pushback occurred in a little town in Tennessee in 1946.  Another took place a little more recently on Independence Day 2000 in a little town near Elko, Nevada on the Jarbidge River.  And another pushback came in April of 2014 when heavily armed militia confronted over 200 Bureau of Land Management storm troopers trying to force the government's will on a Nevada rancher. 
 
The first push back was called the Battle of Athens.  The second was called the Jarbidge Shovel Brigade.  The third was called the Bundy Ranch showdown.  In the first case, a bunch of returning Veterans from World War II pushed back and corruption was silenced, at least for a while.  The federal government was told to shove off in the second and the third.  In the first case, the town's people had to resort to violence because local government corruption had gotten so bad.  In the second case, the town's people showed up in large numbers with shovels raised at the ready, forcing the government to retreat.   That's right!  A bunch of Americans with shovels sent the federal government packing.  In the third case hundreds of armed civilians showed up at a Nevada Ranch to challenge federal authority and the government had no choice but to back down, or start a blood bath. 
 
Could America fall into civil war or revolution?  Many signs point to it.  The anger in America is rising virtually by the day as the government, big business, big unions, academia, national and international moneychangers and power brokers and the news media that aids and abets them all, has set a direction for America that is in direct opposition to a center-right country, not to mention the egregious and continual assault on our Constitution and our liberties.  Where can it lead, if not revolution?  Trump and the Congress might "dab" at the problems but they can't fix all of them.  Only millions of Americans can fix them.  Can America be brought back from the brink of revolution, peacefully?  This author thinks so, but not without putting up one of the greatest citizen fights since the American Revolution.
 
This country set up a unique political environment in which an individual man, woman, or family, left alone by their government, could struggle and prosper or struggle and fail, based upon their own individual abilities.  This country of individuals was created by people of vision, by people who were willing and free to take risks, by people who were willing to toil, by people who were willing to fend for themselves and take care of their own, by proud people and proud families.
 
What a concept!  But my how judges, legislators, supreme courts, academia and the news media have perverted this principle.  The fact of the matter is, when government helps those who have the ability to help themselves and transfer monies (taxes, with a gun to your head) from the productive side of society to pay for it, they weaken forever the will, pride, strength, energy and desires of those they help and we as a country grow weaker for it.  Should we take care of those who truly can't help themselves, of course?  But that should be the job of the private sector, not the government.
 
However, we as a country are getting weaker by the day and each intrusion of government into our private lives (like onerous taxes, nationalizing banks, businesses and health care and the taking of private property without due process and just compensation) continues to erode those freedoms granted to us by our creator and by a document that has never been repeated in any other country on the face of this planet.  These erosions will eventually lead to civil war or revolution. 
 
Just how long will those that pay the taxes finally revolt against a government that forces the taxpayer to pay for massive government waste, fraud, abuse and corruption and also pay for millions of able-bodied free loaders?  Just how long will the Western State landowners take federal abuse and harassment by radical environmentalists and those Eastern politicians and bureaucrats before the guns come out?   (See "Session or War - American West Against the East")
 
The recent acquittal of the Bundy crew that took over the Oregon Wildlife Preserve with guns in January 2016 is just a small taste of what is in store if there is further federal encroachments on private lands. 
 
In the spirit of Thomas Paine, during this time of great conflict, confusion and turmoil, and at a time “that truly tries men’s souls”, we have tried to describe in our weekly columns why America is headed for a revolution, unless there is a major shift in the thinking of many Americans and the reining in of the growing power of government, at all levels.   We offer this historical wisdom, political insight and prophetic vision, in the sincere hopes that we can keep the idea of freedom and liberty burning brightly in the hearts of all men of good will and that American freedom will never die.  And further, that America will remain to be the "Shining City on the Hill" for all Americans and the rest of the world.
 
Ronald Reagan told us that:  “Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction.  We didn't pass it to our children in the bloodstream.  It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same, or one day we will spend our sunset years telling our children and our children's children what it was once like in the United States when men were free.”
 
Consequently, each generation has a solemn duty to preserve, protect and defend constitutional freedom for their generation, as well as the freedom for their children and grandchildren by any means and by violence if necessary.  To do otherwise is a dereliction of duty and the penalty for the failure to defend freedom will be written in the history books describing the generation that shirked their duty.  Hopefully, we will not be that generation.  May we not end up like the Germans, the Italians, the Russians and the Japanese in World War II, who let the heads of their respective governments drive head long into imperialism, fascism, socialism and communism, because that is where America is headed today.

M, I sure hope that Trump`s administration take a look at The criminal activity of the BLM . It is up to congressmen from the areas effected to initiate a proposal to review. It is congress that has to provide oversight. Maybe we who are members of Judicial watch need to write them. I have done so much with the Burns Oregon event. I called my congressman Rick (the dick) Allen about ten times and chewed the staffers ears off. They knew me well. Never got a single call or e-mail from the dick.. Itold the staffer to let him know that he needs to help congressman Walden from that area in Oregon and help him. Mr. Walden was on the congress floor in tears speaking about the problem. He was worried someone would die. And someone did....Lou Dobbs interviewed him. ...But Congress did nothing.. That is why I say there is something big behind all this. The American public is so blind to the truth of it. ...The Cowboys tried to do something to bring attention, and morons only speak bad about them. I'm beginning to have suspicions that 'WE' were allowed to win this one to diffuse the anger we felt and in fact to make us think it will be all right if we just go back to sleep. You know the big money men behind the progressive/NWO movement will not give up so easily when their fortunes on the line. Many that fought so hard are reverting to form and forgetting that we need to be ever vigilant if we want our Republic saved and it's checks and balances resurrected. The best way to do that is to start with our Local and State representatives and keep pestering them about what we want to happen in regards to the laws and lifestyles. Soros has pushed the envelope on the pot issue in every State. He has funded Riots using MoveOn.org and other organizations he controls.

Unfortunately nothing can be done until Trump takes over and places other people in critical governmental spots like Atty. General and FBI Director.

I know the Democrats puppet masters are doubling down to organize a coup for 2018 to take over the Congress like they did for the 111th Super majority. between now and then they seem to be planning a stalling tactic like what Reid did to block any legislation and blame the Republicans as the ones doing it. Luckily the average person saw through that crappy ploy, and that led to the disaffection and general waking up of the Silent Majority sleeping giant. Right now you have the Media and entertainment industry doing their best to elicit sympathy to correspond to Soros using his means to incite rioting and protest movements. We cannot forget the Muslims and CAIR which I still believe is funded by Soros.

The average guy is now tired of putting forth the effort and is turning back to making a living to support their families. That will be a hard one to beat. Remember this, most of the signers of the Declaration of Independence died in abject poverty. They gave their all to birth this Nation. Somehow I just don't see that happening today. I know I'm feeling overwhelmed by the conditions of the past 50 years, but I will keep on fighting for what is right until I get too old and senile to fight anymore. That being said, we need to come up with an agenda, a simple straight forward agenda geared to defeat the agendas already in place by the powers behind the Progressive/Socialist movement. As Ron has said in his essay we are in jeopardy of reaching another Flash Point. I believe we are being driven to it by the Powers behind the progressives so they have a reason to physically knock us down into servitude to them once again.

The best way we can take to defeat them is to organize ourselves with a directed purpose to removing all the Progressive inspired Amendments that allowed them to take our power away from us and give it to the Central Government. So, We will have to push our State Legislatures to support an Article V State Petitioned for Amendment Proposal Convention. I know that many want to go the Convention of States Route, and I also believe our enemies want us to go that way too. The reason for this is because the COS is unwieldy and prone to be unworkable because of too many differing opinions distracting from the actual reason it was to be originated.

The Article V convention on the other hand, can be pared down and the people can still have the major say without the progressive goons in Congress having any say in what is proposed. Take this scenario;

1. States pass legislation to set the rules for electing delegates to a convention.

2. States set the limitations on what those delegated can do or agree to on their own recognizance. 

3. The States take petitions from their people on general and even specific things the people want to see as amendments, then set them all out with concise wording to let the people vote on them in a yes or no vote with the highest yes ( say4/5ths of the votes ) votes being the only proposals the delegates can submit.

4. Since all proposals for amendments must be worded exactly the same the delegates would have to get permission form their State Legislators to agree to any compromise or variance in wording. Much of this can be avoided by making the wording of proposals as short ans clear as possible meaning no Legalese and minimum interpretation of the Amendments.

5. The three toxic amendments foisted on the American people by the powers behind the progressives with mal intent were the 14th,16th 17th amendments. You can see that if you just look at the Constitution without them in force. The only thing that would be affected would be the power of the Federal Government.

Many misinformed people or I should say deliberately misinformed by the progressive faction, will wail and bemoan the repeal of the 14th, mainly because the 14th has been seriously and deliberately misinterpreted by SCOTUS to do things it was never intended to do. Example Anchor Babies. The Original purpose of the 14th was strictly to give the Freed Salves American Citizenship and Voting Rights. It did not even give Citizenship to the American Indians or the Chinese immigrants who came here to work on the railroads. there was even a Chinese exclusionary Law that prevented Chinese from being naturalized.  That being said it is presupposed by dint of a SCOTUS Ruling by a Democrat Dominant SCOTUS to give citizenship to any one born here. ( http://www.originalintent.org/edu/14thamend.php ) Therefore and because of what has been pushed on us, many well meaning Americans will balk at reprealing it totally. It can be fixed by removing the NO STATES SHALL Clause which was put in specifically to prevent the Southern States from Denying Freed Slaved the Right to vote. the 15th amendment spells out Citizenship and voting rights.

The 15th Amendment to the Constitution granted African American men the right to vote by declaring that the "right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any state on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude."  Since the rights of natural born citizenship is settled case law with the appropriate definitions, There is no real need to cite the No States Shall Clause in the 14th anymore. The only things it provides for are progressive agendas to entice illegals to come here to have their babies and their babies automatically become natural born citizens. The whole immigration process needs to be looked at and revamped where necessary.

Bear in mind when the 14th was ratified there was no overriding naturalization process for immigrants, and only a partial but unruled no for Constitutionality by the SCOTUS of that time period. Not many people realize the First Naturalization law enacted was the 1790 Naturalization Act.

To tie my arguments together I must say I would rather see the 14th repealed along with the 16th and 17th, but in today's world it does not seem feasible even though other amendments further protect and clarify citizenship and voting rights. The 14th can be resurrected/modified by removing the "NO STATE SHALL" clause which is better protected in the 15th amendment, and inserting the words "Citizens of the United States,Of Legal immigrant Parent or Parents and Naturalized parent or parents." to the Citizenship Clause.

Amendment XIV

Section 1.

All persons born (of United States Citizens or,of legal immigrant parents) or naturalized (Parent or parents) in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the ( protections of the Bill of Rights or of the main body of the Constitution and the) privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. ( This is not to be construed that any of the Enumerated Constitutional States Rights can be abridged by the Federal Government, by citing or use of the provisions of this amendment.Any previous rulings contrary to this, are now considered null and void)

Section 2.

Representatives shall be apportioned among the several states according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each state, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the executive and judicial officers of a state, or the members of the legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such state, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such state.

( Section 2. Simplified to read Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States counting the number of persons of the age of majority, that age being currently 18 years old. This may not be abridged except for participation in open armed rebellion against the United States.) 

Section 3.

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any state legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any state, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

( Section 3 simplified; No person having engaged in open armed rebellion, or armed terrorist acts involving deadly infernal machines or arms of any nature, against the United States, shall not be allowed to hold any Governmental office unless the disability is removed by two thirds of both houses of Congress.)

Section 4.

The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any state shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.

( Section 4 simplified; No public debts shall be paid stemming from debts incurred by rebellious States or Persons engaged in open armed rebellion or acts of  terrorism as previously defined, against the United States) 

Section 5.

The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation,( Which does not abridge any portion of the Constitution ,Bill of Rights, or Amendments to that Constitution) the provisions of this article.

( New Section 6. All previous rulings under the prior 14th amendment are now held to be null and void.)

If it is an intentional ploy then it is a dangerous one indeed as success has a way of energizing a position not the other way around and this is success on a grand scale. One does not win by spotting the other team five touchdowns.

A large part of the Trump electorate (notice I did not say republican electorate) has learned it lessons well and managed to remain off the radar until the election. I guess one could use the term covert it fits as well as any.

We (I can include myself here) REFUSED to  talk to pollsters, fill out online polls, or even talk to family members concerning it. Some even purposely lied to these people. This in effect was a denial of intelligence to the enemy and is the reason the surprise was so complete. Sure the signs were there of course but that's all in hindsight. 

It may well be the greatest grass-roots covert operation in history.

You are implying a lot of planning and purpose in the dem campaign. As if the bad things were allowed to happen. I don't think so. The party is an aggregate of many warring factions, going in various directions and in the end even the dictator Obama couldn't keep all in line and marching to orders. The leaked emails reveal clearly they were fighting each other. You think they were written that way purposely with the intent of future exposure?
Soros? Sure he wants to take over the country, but he needs troops, disciplined soldiers for his agenda. Who are now? People who were for Trump are tired, but there are more and more of them now, and I can't believe any of them provide a useful audience for the left.
