Law and its understanding

One Locke Piatt gave me this site. i am an old Constitutionalist as well as a Fire starter.  In this, i feel, it is one of the most important features of freedom and the gaining there of....... So as i dont bore any liberals i will get straight to my point.

Law comes in 2 ways God and man. God put us on earth to gain knowledge Man gave us law to take our Knowledge feed us mushrooms and keep us in the dark.

God  gaveland so we could till for our food  man on the other hand, who sat and thought figured ways of taking from some and giving it to others so that they could be likened unto heros formed associations of defense...

God gave us the ability to challange ourselves man gave us laws to control our nature.

God in his laws made it common to each others values. man professing caring gave us the ability to pay taxes and to rob our abilities to supply others who lacked the ability

God through his son finally gave to man the Constitution , bill of rights ,and the most important,  the ability to make redress through means important to us the people in the Declaration of Independence.

so with a blessing from the Admin and you;  those they want to come together in such a way that answers to grave problems can be researched and retrieved.

First let me address freedom .  whats the definition of freedom?  the answer i will give you is from the man who defined law in such a way and in such a fashion that any who question may know the answer.

Fredric Bastiat said and i quote:

“What is freedom? It is the sum total of freedoms. To be free, under one’s own responsibility, to think and act, to speak and write, to work and trade, to teach and learn, that alone is to be free.”

           now to the local Lawyer in here. Why do we have laws? to protect us or to protect those who would control our freedoms?

taxation the gift of one to another  Most often said that they are needed to help in the building of an empire ? i put to you it is the best way to control the populace as Governments are fictious in their own nature as they are only used to divide money, races , the ability to overcome the masses by thinking that only  one person is more important than the greater masses.

I could write a thesis on the corruption of all government who are by their own admission there to place laws to control others beneath them. WHY??>>> its simple most dont believe in Heaven, God, or hell. They only believe in themselves.  SO! Through here in my writings i will prove that and any who wish to debate remember i have many on my side through history who already have defined Governments ,people, and laws

from Fredric Bastiate comes the most profound statements i have ever seen and i base my law upon it. Enter my world.

Have you taken a look at western state lands issue group?  I'm going to be posting alot of articles I have written about the UN, first one up is on BLM.  If you are a mountain person you probably know what they are like.

Ahhh the Western land issue. allWestern states west of the Ohio river save texas had admission acts which dedicated land not part of state business back to the territorial government. Thus we have 2 governments the all capital UNITED STATES  and the United states of America. The best way to describe this is BLM and their covert operation to take from American ranchers over time lands to be Used by Foreign Countries. At the Bundy Ranch in Nevada is Chemicals in nature used as Rocket fuel. In the Malhuer Mountains in Oregon is Uranium(Largest deposit in the world) Gold ,oil and gas. worth a staggering 17 trillion plus (dollars) All Federal courts today are legislative and the article 3 courts all but gone.Judges name their courts .As you see the lands and the law made for the people are now controlled by foreign interests such as the federal reserve. i could write a book on territorial issues.

Oh, it goes much deeper than that, yes the resources are an underlying drive but there is a whole other group of people after our land.  Just posted a new article on western state lands group.  BTW I think the 4th BLM article is titled Resource theft, the exact thing they are doing.
