We The People USA

Citizens Dedicated To Preserving Our Constitutional Republic

Crooked politicians must be held accountable for the crimes they have done. Trump is the only one who will do it. To elect a POTUS who will not prioritize fixing our criminal political system will not be good enough for me.We will not get another one like Trump ,who will bitch slap the evil out of Washington politics..No one can deny that Trump is crazy enough to do it. But he needs us to want it fixed. He can not stand alone..This is that time in history. The time that many have hoped. Turn your back on this opportunity, and we are done. THAT IS THE TRUTH OF IT.

Soros threatens Justice Roberts Surprise during Impeachment

Soros does an admirable job of detailing all of his many personality quirks and kinks while trying to apply them to Trump. This man is the personification of EVIL in the World and must be stopped by any legal means necessary. Soros power is corrupt and spreads that corruption through his minions to infect society with his ideology and bring it down to his disgusting level of putrescence.

That old N.A.Z.I. needs to be arrested and sent to Hungary to answer for "War Crimes" and crimes against humanity. We can legally pull his citizenship because of his past, we have done that with other people who were found to have been N.A.Z.I.'s.

Smell the Bern.

Socialism I will let a great man have his say

I found a saying I am going to have made into a T-shirt, "You can vote yourself into Socialism, but you will have to shoot your way out".

I would love to see them made and put on the market!

Wiccan, and others,

I finished what I hope will be the final revision to my series of proposed amendments in the event we achieve a COS.  I will send them to you today for your perusal.  I think you will like them.

Feel free to offer constructive criticism.  I'm a big boy -- I can take it.

Oren

Here are the Amendments I promised. Constitutional%20Amendments.odt

I agree with what you have submitted, now dealing with the term "General Welfare", it might need to be referred as "General well being of the people". It is a bit wordy but clarify s the meaning.
Now as to defining American Citizenship, you have that one dead on we have too many people popping out kids on our soil then claiming the child is an American. That also will end the "Birth Tourism" scam the Chinese are using.
Redefining the 2nd Amendment sits well with me. So far I am in full agreement with your proposals.

Wiccan,

Thank you for your reply.

Let me address "General Welfare" in the Constitution.  It appears in Article I, Section 8 which lists the powers of Congress.  The problem with "General Welfare" is that it is so vague and nebulous that it unintentionally gave Congress almost unlimited power to do anything, for any reason.

SCOTUS has used "General Welfare" to authorize all manner of Federal overreach and the creation of a myriad of Federal agencies that would otherwise not exist.  I give you the EPA, Education Department, Department of Agriculture, National Weather Service, etc. just to name a few.

I have no problem with the possible need for said agencies, but submit that they would not, strictly speaking, be authorized under the Constitution EXCEPT for the "General Welfare" clause.

If Congress wants to do or create something that is not in the Constitution they need to write an amendment authorizing it.  The Sixteenth Amendment is a perfect example.  An income tax was not in the Constitution and could not be levied, hence the Sixteenth Amendment.  That is how it is supposed to be done.

Eliminating "General Welfare" from the Constitution would eliminate all manner of Federal agencies and give States an opportunity to decide whether or not to ratify amendments authorizing them.

Using "General Welfare", Congress could create a Department of Global Warming and Climate Change that would have the power to regulate every aspect of your life.  Do we really want that?

Finally, if you really like my proposed amendments, spread them to others and use the discussion to push for a COS to implement them.  It will be a lot of work, but it beats a civil war.

My point in regards to President Trump and a COS is that, while he may or may not be personally in favor of a COS, he is surrounded by advisors and legal beagles who, in all probability, would strongly advise against it.  It is up to us to find a way to get his ear and present the positive reasoning for a COS.  IF (and it's a huge "if") we could get Trump on board with the COS Movement and get him to push it over the finish line, it would permanently cement his place in history, possibly as the man who saved America.

Just saying,

Oren

The term "General Welfare" is in the Preamble of the Constitution. Now I understand some people had bunched it in with the Constitution as to get certain things shoved down our throats which never should have been in the first place. I can agree that that term is in Article 1 Section 8 and it was misused in a gross manner. As I have stated, it needs to be redefined with the wording I have suggested. Therefore I am in full agreement that word needs to be removed so we can eliminate certain departments which are not authorized by and under the Constitution.

Wiccan, and others,

I sent you my proposed amendments in another email.  Not to sound arrogant, really, but I'm going to ask a favor.

I know they are long.  Please read them carefully, parsing for nuance and subtlety.  It's all there if you look for it.  Then let me know what you think and your reaction.  I really do want to know.  It helps me improve the product.

Oren
