Some people think the 2nd only covers the muskets used during the Revolutionary War. They say it does not cover repeating arms and machine guns.

So it only covers types of Firearms they had during the Revolutionary War.

How about the Cookson repeater 1690.

The Kalthoff repeater 1600's,

The Belton repeating musket 100 ordered by Washington/Congress,

Puckle gun 1718,

are those types allowed too?

What about the 20 shot
