HR 1388, "THE GIVE ACT" is UNCONSTITUTIONAL!!

This bill was passed by the House yesterday, but our loyal servants in Washington don't seem to realize that it is unconstitutional. I just called my congressman and told his aide that the language regarding "exploring mandatory service" completely contradicts the 13th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. I then read the amendment to him to enlighten him:
