Governor Palin is NOT to be trusted. I sent a Restricted Delivery letter to her which I know she received. I asked her to file an Article III, Section 2 lawsuit demanding to see Obama's BC. I pointed out to her that when she outed Obama, she would be a hero to all Constitution loving people and would guanteed the GOP nomination in 2012. When folks learned of the total criminal corruption of Obama and the DP, she would win in a landslide.

She has not even answered my request.

When you send a letter RESTRICTED DELIVERY, the PO MUST deliver it ONLY to Governor Palin> I received the green card back with Palin's signature. She choose to ignore us. I have solid PROOF of it. I've attached the very letter she received!!!

The treason is very deep. Learn to live with this. IF Palin would be the cuase of the outing of Obama she would be a national heroine and be guaranteed the GOP nod in 2012. She is certainly running. So, you explain this.

Dear Governor Palin:

I’m sorry to have to write you using this method but I believe the Lt. Governor and your staff is withholding important information from you that will guarantee you the GOP Presidential nomination in 2012 and a likely win. If you take the action I ask, this will happen.

I have posted this part of the US Constitution to bring to your attention a very special ability you have as a Governor under the Constitution. It is also your sworn duty to uphold and defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and DOMESTIC.

The democratic-disaster.com organization has been attempting along with many other Constitution loving groups to force the courts to issue a Court Order making Senator Obama provide his original, long form vault birth certificate housed in Hawaii where he claims to have been native born. YOU HAVE THAT ABILITY IN A SPECIAL WAY BECAUSE A LAWSUIT FROM YOU AS THE GOVERNOR OF ALASKA HAS ORIGINAL JURISDICTION IN THE SUPREME COURT WHO MUST MAKE A DECISION RELATED TO YOUR LAW SUIT.

We wish to have that birth certificate studied by a team of document forensic scientists at our cost to determine its authenticity or not. We are 100% sure that when that happens, Senator Obama will be shown NOT to be a natural born American. WE have solid proof that he was physically born in Kenya and his mother was not old enough or had been a USA citizen long enough for him to be designated as birth as a native son in Hawaii, therefore, Senator Obama is ineligible to be POTUS. There is much more evidence of his citizenship in Indonesia which was never renounced when he returned to the USA. Senator Obama knows all this having hired three entire law firms from getting this knowledge known. He has totally sealed all his important records besides his birth certificate (sealed even his health records) which would trace him over the years. There is much evidence available at www.democratic-diasaster.com to substantiate this. Senator McCain was forthcoming with everything as were all other Presidential candidates. Why should Senator Obama be an exception?

Unfortunately some state and Federal Courts are playing political games with this very serious Constitutional crisis. They are ruling against our efforts on legal technicalities, rather than being based on justice even though there is an undermining of our Constitution if Senator Obama should become POTUS. Many of us are losing total trust in our legal system so we turn to you as the Chief Executive of Alaska and our Attorney General to bring justice. How?

Have the Attorney General file a law suit under Article III, Section 2 of the US Constitution. Under this Article, the Supreme Court has original jurisdiction, meaning that there is no necessity of going through the tedious state and then federal court system. This places much power in your hands to protect us from the fraud that is being perpetrated by Senator Obama and it seems supported by many judges. We ask that this law suit demand a Court order or similar legal method to require Senator Obama to make the birth certificate we described above open to a study by our team of document forensic scientists. All Senator Obama has to do is how it, not some copy like has been done.

We have informed all state Electors of this fraud but not one Democratic Elector has stepped up. In effect they are parties to this fraud. We have asked all GOP Electors to stand up and fight but only 7 of some 170 did this???? Failure to take due diligence by anyone in an official capacity means that they concur with the greatest fraud perpetrated on America. That they are accessories to that fraud.

The recent arrest of the Illinois Governor is only the tip of the iceberg with Senator’s past associations and corrupt dealing in the Chicago mess.

The media are willingly and knowingly provided much misinformation about this. FACT: NO ONE HAS SEEN THE ORIGINAL, LONG FORM, VAULT BIRTH CERTICIATE: NO ONE EXCEPT SENATOR OBAMA. The statement about his birth certificate by the Hawaiian officials simply was that yes there was a birth certificate residing within their vault: they did NOT say what was on the birth certificate, thus again the media is LYING to us.

We hope you will immediately take action because the Congress reconvenes January 9, 2009 to confirm or deny the vote of the Electoral College which sustained Mr. Obama on December 15, 2008.
