Letter to Congressman Brian Baird (D-WA) Objecting to H.R. 3962 and Baird's Antics

Congressman,

I would like to express my profound objection to H.R. 3962 that to my utter dismays includes a single payer option despite overwhelming objection by the people of the United States over the last several months. Government is clearly ignoring constituents.

Health care is not a right as guaranteed by the Constitution and Bill of rights hence, is unjust. Additionally it will provide entitlements to illegal’s and / or the unproductive on the backs of working people which is also unjust. You will bankrupt this just as you have bankrupted Social Security and Medicare to name a few. Government is NOT qualified to administer such a program, so for the sake of the nation needs to be left in the hands of private entities. If you really want to fix the nations biggest problem, reduce the size of government by half, eliminate unreasonable regulations like Cap & Trade (which is one big hoax and you know it) and be loyal to the United States Constitution rather then your corrupt party.

H.R. 3962 clearly outlines the government’s thirst for power over, and control of the people. Like H.R. 3200, H.R. 3962 clearly aims to undermine the very Constitution of which you are under oath to defend Congressman. The intent of this bill is the elimination of the Constitution & the Bill of Rights, it’s about socialism and control, not the wonderful free health care for everybody propaganda that is being used as a sales tactic! There are no changes that can be made in this bill to make it an acceptable American law; it needs discarded, after briefly reviewing this bill I have to ask, just whose side is the government on? It’s certainly not on the side of the United States and the American people.

Please understand I refuse with absolute resolve, to sacrifice any freedom or liberty for the sake of health care, or any other issue for that matter.

I expect you to immediately oppose Bill H.R. 3962, and work diligently towards its defeat. I expect you to restore the Constitution and Bill of Rights to our Republic, and then steadfastly defend them per your oath for office. You have been letting this nation down Congressman, which is unacceptable. You will be held to our standard, not yours.

As your constituent, I expect to hear from you addressing these issues.
