Promise Kept, Trump To Send 3 Flights Of Migrants Per Week To California.

 

 President Donald Trump is keeping another promise as he takes migrants from the border state of Texas and ships them to the sanctuary city of San Diego.

The state of California decided that it wanted to become the first sanctuary state in the United States and now they are going to get their wish. Not only has President Donald Trump sent one airplane full of undocumented immigrants to the Sunshine State, more are coming, Time reported

 The U.S. Border Patrol said Friday that it would fly hundreds of migrant families from south Texas to San Diego for processing and that it was considering flights to Detroit, Miami and Buffalo, New York.

 The flights are the latest sign of how the Border Patrol is struggling to keep up with large numbers of Central American families that are reaching the U.S. border with Mexico, especially in Texas. Moving migrants to less crowded places is expected to distribute the workload more evenly.

 Flights from Texas’ Rio Grande Valley to San Diego were to begin Friday and continue indefinitely three times a week, with each flight carrying 120 to 135 people, said Douglas Harrison, the Border Patrol’s interim San Diego sector 

  Plans to fly from Rio Grande Valley to Detroit, Miami and Buffalo were preliminary, Harrison said. Authorities were researching available airports and the ability for nonprofit groups to provide temporary assistance.

Already, U.S. authorities are moving four buses a day from the Rio Grande Valley to Laredo, Texas, about 100 miles away. There is also a daily flight contracted through U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to Del Rio, Texas, about 275 miles away away. 

  Agents in the Rio Grande Valley will collect biographical information and do a medical screening before sending migrants to San Diego on flights contracted by ICE, Harrison said. Migrants will go from San Diego International Airport to a Border Patrol station, where they will be fingerprinted, interviewed and screened again for medical problems. Processing at the station typically takes hours.

 ICE will decide whether to release or detain the families in San Diego. Its practice since October has been to quickly release families in the U.S. with notices to appear in immigration court.

“We don’t have an end date,” Harrison said. “This is a contingency operation. We’ve got to give the people in Rio Grande Valley some relief.”

 The migrants are being boarded onto an airplane and being flown to the sanctuary city as President Trump threatened months ago, Reuters reported. Hundreds of detainees from U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) facilities in Texas and elsewhere are being flown to San Diego for processing beginning on Friday, the agency said.

 Border officials said they are developing plans to fly potentially thousands of migrant families to other places away from the southern U.S. border with Mexico. The agency said the number of people apprehended at the border since Oct. 1 was nearly 520,000, the highest in a decade. In the past week, there was an average of 4,500 arrests a day.

 This is making it difficult to process and release family units within 20 days of their arrival at a detention center, as required by law, the CBP said in a statement.

 President Donald Trump earlier this year declared the immigration influx a national emergency, which allowed him to circumvent Congress to redirect more than $6 billion in funding to start building the border wall that he campaigned on in the 2016 presidential election. His move has been challenged in courts.

 Three flights a week will arrive in the San Diego area from the Rio Grande Valley carrying approximately 130 people per flight, a CBP official at the San Diego office said.

 “We’re in the middle of a humanitarian crisis and the numbers in Texas are staggering so the BP is helping out in those sectors to more efficiently process these folks,” said the official, who declined to be identified.

 Flights operated by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency (ICE) will land at San Diego International Airport and the detainees will be moved to the eight Border Patrol stations in the San Diego sector. “They will be housed properly inside,” the official said.

 

The program has no end date and no unaccompanied children will be on the flight.

 The CBP statement said the border officials are also busing people to El Centrol from Yuma and to Laredo from the Rio Grande Valley. It did not say which other cities might receive migrants. Media reports say the agency was considering flights to Detroit, Miami and Buffalo, New York, where the agency has facilities.

 President Trump last month threatened to send migrants to so-called sanctuary cities such as New York and San Francisco, which generally give undocumented immigrants safe harbor by refusing to use their resources to help enforce federal immigration laws that could lead to deportations.

 In the past week, border authorities have averaged 4,500 apprehensions a day and facilities aren’t equipped to care for the influx of children, the CBP statement said. Since Dec. 21, ICE has released approximately 180,000 family members into places in the United States.

 “Whenever possible, the releases have been coordinated with local non-governmental organizations (NGOs).

As NGOs have reached their capacities, CBP has released family units at transportation hubs during daylight hours when the weather does not endanger those released,” the statement said.

Democrats demanded former White House counsel Don McGhan testify before Congress.

McGhan spoke with Robert Mueller’s investigators for 30 hours and played a starring role in the obstruction of justice claims of Mueller’s report.

 But White House counsel Pat Cipollone said Donald Trump would put a stop to this by invoking executive privilege.

 

The White House has ordered former White House counsel Don McGahn not to turn over documents to Congress because President Trump may exert executive privilege to block their release.

Pat Cipollone, the current top White House lawyer, wrote a letter on Tuesday asking the House Judiciary Committee to go through the White House to request documents related to special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation.

“The White House provided these records to Mr. McGahn in connection with its cooperation with the special counsel’s investigation and with the clear understanding that the records remain subject to the control of the White House for all purposes,” Cipollone wrote to Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.), chairman of the Judiciary panel.

“The White House records remain legally protected from disclosure under longstanding constitutional principles, because they implicate significant executive branch confidentiality interests and executive privilege,” Cipollone added.

Executive privilege dates back to the Eisenhower administration when the President asserted the right to block White House aides from testifying to Congress about discussions with the President.

Democrats contend the White House waived executive privilege when he allowed McGhan to testify to Mueller.

This issue is sure to be litigated in the courts and it may end up being the most high stakes legal battle of the Trump Presidency.

  The democrats must not understand that the investigation is closed. They want to call in witnesses that have already testified for many hours, so they can grill them again to see if they can get the person to perjure themselves. It’s the game they have played all along. Many democrats are going down and they are in a panic.

 The latest front in the Democrats’ impeachment plan is their insistence that Robert Mueller testify in public about his investigation. 
  Democrats are throwing this Hail Mary pass in hopes that Mueller testifying will move the ball down the field on removing the President from office. 
  But Trey Gowdy sat in front of the cameras and delivered a harsh truth that nancy pukelosi will hate.

Robert Mueller opted not to bring obstruction of justice charges against President Trump.

 Attorney General William Barr determining that no charges would be filed, it should have been the end of that thread.

 But Mueller authored an un-American report that outlined the evidence of 10 ten episodes Mueller claimed could have been grounds for obstruction charges and that his report did not “exonerate” Trump.

The American judicial system is not set up like that.

 Mueller wrote his report as if Trump was guilty and it was Trump’s job to prove his innocence.

In America you are innocent until proven guilty.

 Trey Gowdy highlighted this fact during an appearance on Fox News.

He noted that Mueller testifying is not the silver bullet Democrats think it will be because the Department of Justice Guidelines forbids prosecutors from disclosing negative information about people who aren’t charged.

 “Well, it’s going to be hard. He is not going to have a lot to say because DOJ policy does not allow him to discuss derogatory information against an uncharged person. So what the Democrats want is for him to painstakingly go through all of the information he had that led to obstruction, or that they think leads to obstruction, and the conclusion is he didn’t indict him. So DOJ policy doesn’t allow that conversation. I’m not sure what else he can talk about,” Gowdy stated.

 These rules exist for a simple reason – since the individual in questions is not being charged with a crime, they will never have a chance in court to clear their name if prosecutors outline derogatory information collected during the course of an investigation.

 Gowdy continued, “Well, even the unredacted information, I mean, some of it by law he cannot discuss. Lots of it by law he cannot discuss. But even what is unredacted, the Department of Justice policy is you cannot discuss derogatory information against someone you did not indict. The department doesn’t speak in press conferences and reports. They use indictments. Either indict or shut up. And he didn’t indict.”

 But will Mueller abide by the DOJ guidelines?

His report was a political document that went out of its way to smear Trump with negative disclosures even though the end result of the Mueller probe was no obstruction of justice charges.

Donald Trump slapped Nancy Pelosi with a lawsuit that made her head spin!

nancy pukelosi and the Democrats are pressing forward with their plans to impeach Donald Trump.

But they just got a rude awakening, because Donald Trump slapped pukelosi and the Democrats with this lawsuit that will make their heads spin.

 House Oversight Committee Chairman Elijah Cummings – working at the behest of nancy pukelosi – fired off a series of subpoenas to financial institutions doing business with Donald Trump.

 Cummings and other Democrats want to dig through Trump’s finances in hopes of finding politically embarrassing material they can use as part of their impeachment witch hunt.

 But  President Trump and his legal team are fighting back. They filed suit to squash the subpoenas, arguing Cummings has no legitimate legislative purpose for wanting them.

 The New York Times reports:

President Trump and his businesses, seeking to brush back congressional investigators, sued the chairman of the House Oversight and Reform Committee on Monday to try to quash a congressional subpoena for their financial records.

The lawsuit, filed in Federal District Court here, argued that the committee’s chairman, Representative Elijah E. Cummings, Democrat of Maryland, had no legitimate legislative reason to subpoena an accounting company tied to the president, so his subpoena should be deemed invalid and unenforceable.

“The Democratic Party, with its newfound control of the U.S. House of Representatives, has declared all-out political war against President Donald J. Trump,” lawyers for the plaintiffs wrote in their complaint. “Subpoenas are their weapon of choice.”

The lawyers are also seeking a court order blocking the accounting company, Mazars USA, from handing over the information, which it says would “expose plaintiffs’ confidential information.”

The House of Representatives cannot just go on wild fishing expeditions.

There has to be a purpose to their oversight.

Committee chairmen don’t get to harass private businesses into divulging confidential financial records just so they can make political hay out of them.

 Personally, the members of the DEMONcratic party should all be investigated. pukelosi is filthy rich. Her husband owns wineries and yet Pelosi needs to charge We the People for her drinking binges. (Term limits are the answer for these idiots who make robbing Americans their hobby.)

Omar described the 9/11 terrorists as “some people” who “did something.”  Her cold dismissal of Islamic terrorists murdering 3,000 innocent victims in the worst terror attack in our nation’s history outraged millions of Americans.

 Republican Congressman Dan Crenshaw of Texas was one of them. 

Republican Congressman Dan Crenshaw served as a Navy SEAL in Afghanistan where an IED explosion cost him his right eye. The Texas Republican ripped Omar on Twitter.

  nancy pukelosi gave Omar a slap on the wrist after the first wave of anti-Semitic comments.

Omar issued a non-apology and was able to keep her committee assignments.

But she just keeps digging. At a town hall event in Washington, D.C. she played the victim card claiming she and fellow Muslim Rep. Rashida Tlaib were being unfairly attacked.

 Omar constantly criticizes our closest ally in the Middle East, but when anyone criticizes her, she claims “Islamophobia.”

Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar is facing more accusations of anti-Semitism after alleging that some have a dual loyalty between the U.S. and Israel, earlier this week.

“What I’m fearful of — because Rashida and I are Muslim — that a lot of our Jewish colleagues, a lot of our constituents, a lot of our allies, go to thinking that everything we say about Israel to be anti-Semitic because we are Muslim,” Omar said during a town hall in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday, which was first reported by New York Magazine…Omar concluded, “So for me, I want to talk about the political influence in this country that says it is okay to push for allegiance to a foreign country.”

 The American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), who was on the receiving end of previous criticism from Omar, tweeted, “The charge of dual loyalty not only raises the ominous specter of classic anti-Semitism, but it is also deeply insulting to the millions upon millions of patriotic Americans, Jewish and non-Jewish, who stand by our democratic ally, Israel.”

pukelosi has yet to give any statement regarding Omar’s latest comments. And won't !!

Omar’s statements now represent a pattern of anti-Semitism, Along with Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, she is becoming the face of the Democrat Party.

 In fact, the two freshmen were recently featured alongside Speaker nancy pukelosi on the cover of Rolling Stone.

 Instead of being reprimanded for her anti-Semitic comments, she is being pushed to the forefront of the Democrat Party and given key committee assignments.

Michigan Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib is one of the rising stars in the Democrat Party, she along with Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Ilhan Omar make up what they call “The Squad.”

 Tlaib – as well as her ally Omar – has been dogged by accusations of anti-Semitism and a lack of patriotism from the day she entered the Congress.

Those calls will only grow louder after Tlaib was photographed with a terrorist supporting activists during American Muslims for Palestinian Advocacy Day.

Democratic Michigan Rep. Rashida Tlaib met with another extreme anti-Israel activist and terrorist-supporter in her Capitol Hill congressional office during American Muslims for Palestine Advocacy Day in mid-April. American Muslims for Palestine (AMP) hosted the annual advocacy and training event, which was open to all adults who “seek justice in Palestine.” Additional criteria for participation includes supporting the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement, which seeks to punish Israel by economically depriving the country for its alleged mistreatment of Palestinians living in the Gaza Strip and West Bank.

The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) describes the BDS movement as “the most prominent effort to undermine Israel’s existence” and has further criticized AMP for promoting anti-Semitism under the guise of educating Americans. AMP hailed the ADL’s anti-Israel description of its organization.

 AMP’s New Jersey chapter posted a photograph of Tlaib outside of her office with some of its members during the event, including Joe Catron, an avowed supporter of multiple Palestinian terrorist organizations.

 Catron tweeted in the past that he “loves” Hezbollah and the cover photo to his Twitter page shows members of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine– of which he serves as the U.S. coordinator for the affiliate arm Samidoun – dressed in battle gear.

 Many Americans believe this should be the final straw and the Democrats’ embrace of clearly anti-Semitic figures like Omar and Tlaib is dangerous and could take American politics to a very dark place.
