BREAKING: DNC Chair Won’t Say if Socialist Bernie Sanders Is Electable (VIDEO)

Socialist Bernie Sanders is leading several Democratic polls over struggling Hillary Clinton.

Twice today DNC Chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz refused to say if Socialist Sanders is electable.
Wasserman Schultz was asked about Sanders Sunday on CNN.
The Washington Free Beacon reported:

Twice Wasserman Schultz was asked about Sanders’ electability on CNN’s State of the Union, and twice she ducked the question to bash Republican presidential candidates for holding what she says are extreme views.

“Bernie Sanders is a self-identified socialist. If he’s your party’s nominee would the socialist label hurt the Democratic Party’s chances of winning the White House in 2016?” CNN reporter Dana Bash asked Wasserman Schultz.

“Dana, this election is going to be decided based on what the voters believe is the best choice in their candidate for president who is going to help make sure their lives can get better,” Wasserman Schultz said.

“Any one of those candidates is in dramatic contrast to any of the Republican circus candidates—circus performers—on the other side,” Wasserman Schultz said.

“Do you believe Bernie Sanders can beat any Republican?” Bash asked later.

“I believe that any one of our candidates will stand in stark contrast when it comes to the priorities of the American people,” Wasserman Schultz said.

More Republicans Join Speakership Race as Paul Ryan’s Nascent Campa...

Several Republicans who aren’t as closely associated with outgoing House Speaker John Boehner as House Ways and Means Committee chairman Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) are considering running for Speaker as Ryan’s nascent campaign is crumbling before it even begins.

Donald Trump Talks Concealed Carry: ‘I Feel Much Better Being Armed’

During the October 11 airing of Face the Nation Republican presidential hopeful Donald Trump talked about his concealed carry permit, the fact that he personally carries a gun from time to time, and the importance of allowing law-abiding citizens on college campuses to be armed for self-defense.

Ben Carson Shuts Down Hostile Interviewer: An Armed Citizenry Keeps...

During the October 11 airing of Face the Nation, host John Dickerson went after Ben Carson for contending that the Jewish people would have suffered less under Nazism had they been armed. And instead of examining the substance of Carson’s observation, Dickerson tried to intimate that Carson was suggesting we are under a Nazi-like regime now.

Paul Ryan Likely to Strong-Arm Obama Trade Dealas Speaker of

the H...

Paul Ryan was one of the strongest advocates to grant Obama fast-track trade authority under the Trade Promotion Authority (TPA).

Yes, that is correct, and is one of the reasons I'm not happy with him.  So hopefully, he will stick to his "Guns", and reject any push to become speaker. We don't need another Boehner/McCarthy.

there is no way the conservatives in congress will support Ryan as Speaker....and will not bend to any demands made by the Freedom Group.

We need a very tough speaker. To me, Issa and Jordan come closest to meeting this criterion.

I believe Issa would be a good one. He appears to be able to take pressure without caving.

Donald Trump: Most House Republicans on Obama’s Side; They Should Be Working with the Freedom Caucus

Donald Trump told Face the Nation today how sad it was Republicans were not standing on principle.
Trump told John Dickerson if Republicans would all stand up for their conservative constituents, “Obama would fold.”

Transcript via Face The Nation:

DICKERSON: John Boehner, after he announced that he was resigning, said that there were false prophets in the Republican Party.

And I’m quoting. He said: “These false prophets are whipping people into a frenzy believing they can accomplish things that they know are never going to happen.”

He’s kind of talking about you.

TRUMP: I don’t think so. But, first of all, I know. I like him on a personal basis. But I do think they should be tougher.

But here’s the problem. When he says false prophets, you cannot win when you have a group of 25 or 30 percent on this side, and you have a group of 70 percent on this side saying, we’re never going along with the 30 percenters who want more. That’s what is happening.

And every time I watch it, I say, it’s so sad, because if they were really unified and they took that 30 percent stance, assuming they wanted to really make changes and do it right, and cut the budget, cut the deficit, do things that they should be doing, if they took that group, and if everybody was unified, Obama would fold.

I like what he said. The House needs a leader like him. Wouldn't it be nice if all Republicans read his comments carefully and took his advice?
