Who called the Grand Jury ?
What qualifications were used to choose the Jury ?
How will a Georgia indictment require Obama to produce his long form Birth Certificate ?

I believe Mr. Swensson and the other Georgia folks are using the grand jury as a "fourth branch". At www.riseupforamerica.com if you look at the items posted there under the procedures it may explain how the jurists were assembled.

I have seen those and understand HOW a Citizens Grand Jury IS to be formed and called. I want to know how the Georgia one was formed. I am concerned about whether it was done proper.
But I do appreciate your comment.

I see. I don't know that the process was revealed, or transparent. However, if you contact Mr. Swensson, I'm sure he would share that information. That organization is encouraging people in other states to take similar action.

I'm listening to an audio archive of Stephen Pidgeon on the Crystal Chalice conference call from March 3rd. Maybe the Deca Logos grand jury process is more transparent. What do you think?

Stephen Pidgeon's explanation of the NATIONAL GRAND JURY makes sense and Constitutional reasoning. However I do not believethe Georgia People's Grand Jury wascorrect and there for I think they will nothave any effect in bringing this most crucial matter to a resolution. I think Stephen Pidgeon's planning will proveto bring about the 'discovery' that is needed to resolve the problem. There will be no judgement in any court on this matter because it needs nothingmore than discovery to force the inepted and cowardedly Congress to step up and claim the victory of removing Obama from office.

Thanks for the feedback. I too believe that Pidgeon's efforts will get a spotlight. Interesting point about Congress claiming the victory of removing Obama. I hadn't thought of that possibility.

Also, to help spread word and forward please support the We The People Foundation's Continental Congress 2009. The regional meetings are wrapping up now. There will be a meeting at Jekyll Island in mid-May to document the process for selection of 150 delegates who have been nominated from the 50 states, 3 from each state.
