DEAR FELLOW CITIZENS or those aspiring...CONCERNED FOR ETHICAL AMERICA:
Although many reports claim that Obama was ahead by several % points that simply is not true. Many States were very close so the whole state flopped one way... The electoral actually misrepresents the vote. (This issue to be discussed later.)
THE ELECTION SHOULD BE 'STAYED' ON THIS PREMISE ALSO:
PLEASE ANYONE WHO IS SEARCH SAAVY : Track down lawsuits involving voter fraud at least over the last year. It appears that suits have been thrown out unjustly much like Berg's original claim that credentials be properly screened. I understand one suit was thrown out that the judge stated that the fraud review process had 20-30% error (I'm doing this from memory, you can check it out) and for that reason no review was allowed!? The vote itself has the same % of possible fraud! ?
When a new application is received what process is used to verify the information if any?
Is that process only confirming that the person lives where they say and that their SS # agrees with their name or is the citizenship element also being checked?
I don't think anything is being properly checked...
We have serious failure in our system that even the votes being counted are actual legal real voting citizens....
The citizenship issue is not just a candidate problem. It is very likely it is also the election outcome problem. The Ohio Secretary of State fired Republicans that served on the election board shortly before the election. She has many suspicious actions appearing to be support voting credibility but it may be that she's actually tampered. She allowed people to vote with no I.D. at all simply by signing a statement. Surely she is 'legally' aware (she has her degree in law, also Harvard) that no one would be able to question the outcome with out getting by her. Look carefully at her requirements for a voter fraud suspicion submission. Also, look closely at the guidelines for provisional ballots that she set up. Being that Ohio was such a close race ; any provisional or new registration in the last year should be checked for citizenship requirements in Social Security records!! And certainly as well for duplicates.
This should be done in every state as well but certainly California and Florida being the two states with the most recent immigrants, legal resident aliens; (who are not eligible to vote but have valid SS#s), and probable most recent new 'citizens'.
Find letter previously sent:
The actual outcome of the election is.
Barack Obama 52%
McCain 46%
Independent & Other 2%
This actual margin of 4% is certainly much too close considering WE KNOW THERE ARE VOTER FRAUD PROBLEMS and we don't know to what extent.
Lawsuits prior to the election were presented in order that proper screening of eligibility be in place certainly in order to uphold our Democratic premise and that the vote was the voice of American people and not tamperings, illegals or resident aliens who are simply confused about their legal status. I understand all efforts to scrutinize were denied.
Proper defense for honorable voting practice was not upheld! The actions of the Secretary of the State of Ohio for instance left no screening process to verify voter registration. If a person can register and vote with only a power bill what is there to show proof of citizenship? Basically, we are on the honor system and frankly -you couldn't get into college that way. How is it that vote tampering has run ramped? A verifiable birth record should be presented and citizenship verified at the point the registration document is submit.
I live in California. We have the highest instance of recent immigrants in United States. We have the highest number of illegal aliens as well as resident aliens including the Hispanic population and Hispanic vote. There is great urgency in this matter that recent registration up to 30% of the actual votes be screened for credibility.
Very Sincerely,
Holly A. Ross
