I have been following the Berg vs Obama "case" and "ALL" the other
"filing's" regarding Obama/Soetoro as being "Ineligible" to be
President as a "Natural Born Citizen. I have read all the Statute's of
Hawaii Law 338-5 through 43 which detail's the ability to have
recieved a "Certification" as filed, NOT a Certificate of live birth.
I believe that "Obama's Mother, Stanley Ann Dunham did not even meet the "one year residency" in Hawaii to apply for a "Certificate of Live Birth".. Another "theory" is that Obama Sr. is not the biological Father of Obama/Soetoro which can only be determined by a
complete DNA test. Some say, that Frank Marshall Davis is the

The "Real ID ACT signed by Congress in 2005, effectve May 2008
should reguire Obama/Soetoro "Nationality' to be checked. .

Notre Dame has always' been "one" of my
