This afternoon, the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals rejected the legal standing of the state of Virginia to file suit regarding Obamacare. While the ruling was not a determination of Obamacare's constitutionality, it is an indication of the complex legal battles that will be required to bring this issue before the Supreme Court. Obamacare is a federal law and cannot be overturned by executive order.

This travesty IS in direct violation of our Constitution.…
